Note: Unless indicated otherwise, reference within the questions pertain to the original solicitation document.

Q1. Can you provide a floor plan of the existing school?

A1. Yes. (See attachment)

Q2. Does everything need to be emptied out of that building?

A2. Yes unless bolted or affixed to the building structure.

Q3. Will some items be disposed of and will you provide the dumpsters for those items?

A3. Yes

Q4. Can you tell me the total number of PODS at that school? They thought it was four with four classrooms each, but they said to check with you.

A4. Four (4)

Q5. Is there a loading dock at Marshall or at any of the locations we will be moving to?

A5. No dock at any school location.

Q6. There are several large wooden storage cabinets in every classroom and in the hallways. They have a cove base around them and seem like they are "built in", but I would like to know if those will be moved to the new location, disposed of or kept on site.

Q7. Will we need key card access to the buildings during the move?

A7. No, I do not believe at this time, if needed that can be worked out on site; we have visitor’s cards.

Q8. What electronic equipment (computers, smart boards) will we be asked to move?

A8. None, IT Drayage should handle this kind of equipment.

Q9. Will the movers be required to pack the contents of all classrooms and offices? Does this include any items or decorations on the walls?

A9. Yes, teachers should have the decorations down by this time.

Q10. Will the movers unpack and put away all items or just unpack and place out for someone to put away?

A10. Both

Q11. Do all the library books and shelving go? Will they be arranged on the same order? Does the check‐ out desk go as well?

A11. Library books go, shelving does not, and circulation desk does.

Q12. They mentioned a PWS and I am not aware of what that is. I have the solicitation order is the PWS a different document?

A12. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is a part of the solicitation. Please review that package carefully.

Q13. We would like to request a current building layout.

A13. Yes

Q14. Can you please provide us with an inventory list of the items being requested for the move?

A14. Classroom furniture and curricular material

Q15. Can you please verify if the computers will be required for us to relocate?

A15. No

Q16. The optional move requirements. Can a list of inventory be provided that would be required to be moved to Fort Knox KY?

A16. Not at this time

Q17. Will the movers be required to relocate the smart boards?

A17. No

Q18. Can you provide us with a list of items that the movers are not required to move?

A18. IT equipment, DRMO/DLA for reutilization, any fixed or bolted to structure furniture or fixtures.

Q19. Reference: The move to location. Will the movers be required to wear hard hats?

A19. No

Q20. Reference: Move from location (a) Do you require us to provide building protection materials for the elementary school (located at 77 Texas Ave).

A20. No, it is being demolished. Protection materials in receiving schools may be necessary.

Q21. Will key cards be available for the Project Managers for building access?

A21. See A7.

Q22. What equipment or materials will be moved by the Government?

A22. DRMO‐Government equipment turned in for reutilization/salvage. Electronic items being handled under a separate contract.

Q23. Will any dumpsters be provided by the government?

A23. Yes

Q24. Will we have any materials or equipment that will need to go to DRMO? If so can the item list be provided?

A24. Government function.

Q25. Will the movers be allowed to work during the weekend?

A25. On‐site determination; goal is complete tasks during the normal M‐F work week.

Q26. Will there be any additional point of contacts that would be authorized to confirm or indicate to the movers on the materials or equipment that need to be moved on site?

A26. Yes, Contractor Officer Representative (COR), Asst. Superintendent, Principal, SMSS, SSA could all have a hand in direction.

Q27. Will there be any contractors in addition to the movers that will be working in the buildings that we will need to work alongside of?

A27. Yes

Q28. Do you know if a layout can be provided that show how the rooms need to be set up?

A28. Not at this time.

Q29. Do you know if there is an order that the move should be completed in? If so can the room numbers be provided in the order the move is being requested.

A29. Yes, but not at this time.

Q30. Regarding inventory – can you please indicate if an inventory list will be provided by the government for us to update or do you request that we provide an inventory list moved according to the rooms?

A30. Contractor provided.

Q31. Self‐pack option—can you provide us with the number and size of boxes that facility will need for the employees that would like to self‐pack?

A31. At this time the District will not need boxes to self‐pack, most of this will be done prior to the arrival of the contractor; we are using 12 X12 X 12 boxes.

Q32. In the library there were a few book carts … will the movers be allowed to use any of these carts to move the books?

A32. Yes

Q33. Will the movers need to documents any serial number or model numbers or separately pack any equipment that the government intends to turn in and will not be moved to any of the elementary schools?

A33. No

Q34. Server rooms. Will we be required to move or relocate any IT Equipment?

A34. No
