Questions and Answers 1 (HE125421Q4004) date: 28 Dec 20

Question 1: Is this a new requirement, or if there is a current or previous contractor who has performed similar services? If available, can you please send along the incumbent contract or task order number?

Response 1: This is new requirement.

Question 2: Is this new or existing requirement and there is any incumbent contractor there? In my understanding there were two position (one for PT and one for OT) and apparently one of them (Occupational therapist) retiring soon.

Response 2: This is a new requirement so there is no incumbent. Please review solicitation and PWS on the number of PT’s and OT’s.

Question 3: If there is any plan to set aside this contract under 8(a)?

Response 3: No Set aside for 8(a).

Question 4: Can you please share PWS if you have handy so I can share it to my recruitment team to find replacement of retiring Occupation therapist?

Response 4: Please see solicitation and PWS.

Question 5: Will there be an opportunity for contract renewal?

Response 5: This is new requirement with no current plans to renew.

Question 6: What is the asking Salary?

Response 6: The Government can not determine the salary. Vendors are expected to provide a quoted price based the number of estimated sessions for each position. The Government will not be paying the employees directly, but will pay the Contractor as invoices are received for the sessions performed. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to pay its employees’s salaries.

Question 7: What benefits are associated with the position?

Response 7: The Government is not providing benefits for this requirement. We are not hiring Government employees but expecting to award a contract to a Contractor. If there are any benefits provided to employees associated with the three positions, it will be the responsibility of the Contractor the provide those benefits.
