A: Please contact Trane POC: R J Ritter (808) 352-0197 rjritter@trane.com

4) Q: What, if any, are the desired features for the new units? (Liebert units tend to be built to order.)

A: 30-Ton with similar features to what we have now.

5) Q: Please provide the model and information regarding the existing Trane BAS monitoring system.

A: Please contact Trane POC: R J Ritter (808) 352-0197 rjritter@trane.com

6) Q: Has the Trane BAS monitoring been upgraded to remain current?

A: Please contact Trane POC: R J Ritter (808) 352-0197 rjritter@trane.com

7) Q: Please provide height of building where the rooftop units are to be installed. This information is required to enable estimation for size of crane. Also are there any surrounding impediments to a crane lift, such as overhead wires.

A: The building is approximately 35’ high. There are there no surrounding impediments to a crane lift. There are no overhead wires or other obstructions. The building is set off from any tall structures or overhead wires. The crane or boom will have a clear shot, from the front of the building to remove rooftop condensers.

8) Q: Please provide any minutes generated by the site visit.

A: No minutes were captured. It was just a walk through on the roof and in the building. No significant discussions were held or questions were asked.

Comment made to contractors: Specified that a 30-ton unit was preferred, since 26-Ton units are no longer manufactured, nor meet requirements to cool the room. Also that we would prefer Liebert or Trane HVAC units if it is not possible to obtain Data Aire.
