About this file

Q1) Why was this issued as sole source? There are many competing programs available. A1) This is the only product that is interfaced to the IHS database subscription that allows the shipyards to obtain parts and repair sourcing information in real time without having to go through a third party provide the information. There are only 2 products that link to IHS, ILS and ISO Group. The shipyards already have the ISO Group product as part of IHS (Haystack Gold). They are requesting the ILS product as it.
