SOLICITATION NUMBER HC1019-15-R-0003 – AMENDMENT 1

10 JUNE 2015

Subject: PACAF Communications Infrastructure Support Services – Yokota AB Japan

The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received for subject requirement in response to Solicitation No. HC1019-15-R-0003 as follows:

1. Block 27a. Solicitation Incorporates By Reference FAR 52.212-1. 52.212-4. FAR

52-212-3. 52.212-5 Are Attached. Addenda Are Attached, is hereby checked.

2. Block 28. Contractor Is Required To Sign This Document and Return 2 Copies

To Issuing Office. Contractor Agrees To Furnish and Deliver All Items Set Forth

Or Otherwise Identified Above And On Any Additional Sheets Subject To The

Terms And Conditions Specified, is hereby checked.

3. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items is incorporated by full text.

52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items

As prescribed in 12.301(c), the Contracting Officer may insert a provision substantially as follows:

Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014)

(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

(i) Technically acceptable

(ii) Lowest price

(End of Provision)

All proposals will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable. All proposals submitted shall demonstrate technical capability. Demonstrated technical capability shall include relevant past performance, management capability, personnel qualifications and prior experience. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror.

4. Subject requirement is for a newly proposed contract action. Therefore there is no incumbent.

5. The Government will not be providing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

All offerors shall acknowledge in writing the solicitation and all amendments at time of proposal submission.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

There is no change to the closing response date.
