Description

The IT Project Manager Senior provides management, support, and technical assistance for all aspects of IT special projects. This role works independently with business partners to identify and implement medium to large technical projects, as defined by an organization’s methodology, such as broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development, building enterprise applications or data warehouse planning and development.

• Managing all aspects of a project including:

Description

The Server / Systems Administrator Senior maintains the computer networking system in an office environment by tracking server activity, performing upgrades of software, maintaining computer hardware, addressing questions about technical problems, and improving efficiency by evaluating system network functions. Most work is completed during regular business hours with new system upgrades or server fixes requiring completion during odd hours or on weekends. The role also requires problem solving, teamwork, and customer service skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Proposing and implementing system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the servers.

• Managing load configuration and making recommendations for changes.

The Health Technical Subject Matter Expert is an authority in a particular technology having special knowledge or skills in their domain. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately evaluate customers’ strategic business issues, identify requirements, create business case justifications, and propose appropriate enterprise solutions; Analyze current and future virtualization needs for IT/Operations environments

• Develop customized solutions that address specific needs, and the successful management and/or delivery of engagements

• Support technical presentations to government agency staff

• Develop in-depth understanding of a government agency’s business requirements, along with current technical environment; accurately assess and make recommendations

• Develop, promote, and follow engagement methodologies

• Document current state, future state, and proposed roadmap between both states

• Recommend strategy and document virtualization best practices, methodologies, and cost models; also required is ability to drive creation/support creation of tools, templates, and other tools to support best practices

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. MBA preferred. 1 (one) or more industry certifications in area of expertise

Experience Ten (10) years of experience in health information technology

Description

• Provides support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization’s information security. Provides support for facilitating and helping agencies identify their current security infrastructure and define future programs, design and implementation of security related to Cloud environments.

• Oversees the efforts of security staff to design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to security requirements. Gathers and organizes technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs.

Performs risk analyses which also includes risk assessment. Provides support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization’s information security. Provides support for facilitating and helping agencies identify their current security infrastructure and define future programs, design and implementation of security related to Cloud environment.

Ability to serve as Information System Security Officer. Provides daily supervision and direction to staff.

Senior Cloud Engineer

Description

Analyzes functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities.

Should provide identification/fixing for the problems within existing systems design/implementation of new systems, enhances the existing systems and participates in analysis and design of Cloud architecture. Responsible for understanding the needs of the customers and the realities of commercially available Cloud technologies and creating requirements that will allow implementation by the architecture and engineering team and COTS products. Must possess experience of system engineering in one or more areas including telecommunications concepts, computer languages, operating systems, database/DBMS, and middleware

Description

The Cloud Architect designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.

Description

Responsible for activities such as program design, coding, testing, debugging or documentation. Write programs according to specifications, which may be provided by Engineers, technical architects, or other computer scientists. Update, repair, modify and expand existing computer programs. Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Description

Identify or resolve complex issues to prevent cyberattacks on cloud information systems or keep computer information systems secure from interruption of service, intellectual property theft, network viruses, data mining, financial theft, or theft of sensitive customer data, allowing business to continue as normal. Designs, installs, and manages security mechanisms that protect networks and information systems against hackers, breaches, viruses, and spyware. Responds to incidents, investigates violations, and recommends enhancements to plug potential security gaps. Competent in subject matter and concepts and may lead individuals assisting in the work.

Cloud Project Manager
