Education Substitutions:

• Ph.D. may be substituted for 3 years of required experience with a Master’s Degree or 4 years with a Bachelor’s Degree

• Master Degree may be substituted for 2 years of required experience with a Bachelor’s Degree

• Bachelor’s Degree may be substituted for 4 years of required experience with a H.S. Diploma

• Bachelor’s Degree may be substituted for Microsoft Certif ied Systems Engineer (MCSE) or similarly complex certif ications and 2 years of required experience with a H.S. Diploma.
