Labor Category Descriptions
Agile Coach Functional Responsibility: Responsible for embedding an agile culture using techniques from range of agile and lean methodologies and frameworks. Enables a focus on delivery and facilitates continuous improvement. Apply the best tools and techniques to team roles, behaviors, structure and culture, agile ceremonies and practices, knowledge transfer and sharing, program management, cross team coordination, and overall governance of service delivery. Ensure key metrics and requirements that support the team and delivery are well defined and maintained.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Minimum/General Experience: 10 years
Data Analyst Functional Responsibility: Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Data Engineer Functional Responsibility: Collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing of huge sets of data.
The primary focus will be on choosing optimal solutions to use for these purposes, then maintaining, implementing, and monitoring them. Responsible for integrating them with the architecture used across the organization.
Data Scientist Functional Responsibility: Advocate, evangelize and build data-fueled products. Dig in and become an expert on our datasets. Provide insight into leading analytic practices, design and lead iterative learning and development cycles, and ultimately produce new and creative analytic solutions that will become part of core deliverables. Work with cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas.
Lead applied analytics initiatives that are leveraged across the breadth solutions. Research, design, implement and validate cutting-edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes.
Provide expertise on mathematical concepts for the broader applied analytics team and inspire the adoption of advanced analytics and data science across the entire breadth of the organization.
Minimum/General Experience: 15 years
Database Architect Functional Responsibility: Designs, develops, and implements infrastructure to provide highly-complex, reliable, and scalable database to meet the organization's objectives and requirements.
Analyzes organization's business requirements for database design, and implements changes to the database as required. Performs systems analysis on database, and resolves performance, capacity, and replication issues as necessary. Provides detailed design and specification documentation, including flowcharts, for all aspects of the database. Develops, in conjunction with database analysts, methodologies, report views, queries, and table replications, and ensures that all the data is in the proper format. Participates in the identification, prioritization, and development of technical initiatives and strategies. Develops and maintains database standards and naming conventions. Keeps up-to-date on emerging database architectures, technologies, and methodologies, and attends training classes as necessary. Possesses extensive knowledge of one or more database systems, and is capable of working in all phases of database design and management.
Minimum/General Experience: 4 years
Database Management Specialist Functional Responsibility: Provides technical expertise and guidance in the design, implementation, administration and maintenance of database systems. The duties include evaluating and recommending products and services, security administration, data models, data dictionaries, file organization, indexing methods, and backup/recovery methods.
DevOps Engineer Functional Responsibility: Experience serving as the engineer of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment. Comfortable with bridging the gap between legacy development or operations teams and working toward a shared culture and vision. Works tirelessly to arm developers with the best tools and ensuring system uptime and performance.
Minimum/General Experience: 6 years
Digital Performance Analyst Functional Responsibility: Experience specifying, collecting, and presenting key performance data and analysis for a given digital service. Supports Program Managers by generating new and useful information and translating it into actions that will allow them to iteratively improve their service for users. Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for quickly developing recommendations based on the quantitative and qualitative evidence gathered via web analytics, financial data, and user feedback. Confident in explaining technical concepts to senior officials with limited technological background. And comfortable working with data, from gathering and analysis through to design and presentation.
Minimum/General Experience: 5 years
Junior DevOps Engineer Functional Responsibility: Write and maintain infrastructure as code, provide support to senior software engineers, maintain testing and development environments. Support the implementation of projects in DevOps, continuous integration, continuous development, and system operations.
Minimum Education: Associate’s Minimum/General Experience: 3 years
Junior Web Developer Functional Responsibility: Supports development of internet/intranet static and multimedia web sites and applications. Works under the direction of Web and Senior Web Developers.
Minimum Education: Associate’s Minimum/General Experience: 1 years
Mobile Developer Functional Responsibility: Design and development capabilities for mobile application development efforts. Part of a team creating innovative mobile development solutions. Work in a fast paced, innovative, collaborative environment working on exciting technology directives.
Collaborate with sponsors across various business lines and with fellow development technicians.
Program Manager Functional Responsibility: Manages all aspects of a project including acting as a liaison to the customer, project scope, cost, and timeline.
Minimum/General Experience: 7 years
Project Manager Functional Responsibility: Manages all aspects of a project including acting as a liaison to the customer. Manages project scope, cost, and timeline through all phases of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
Scrum Master Functional Responsibility: Facilitator for a product development team that uses scrum, a rugby analogy for a development methodology that allows a team to self-organize and make changes quickly. The scrum master manages the process for how information is exchanged.
Security Consultant Functional Responsibility: Security Consultants assist Senior Security Architects and Specialists in carrying out both non-intrusive strategic security and technical security / infrastructure work for clients.
Minimum/General Experience: 8 years
Senior Analyst Functional Responsibility: Works with the customer to provide leadership in the analysis, development and/or maintenance of complex software systems throughout the software life cycle.
Senior Architect Functional Responsibility: Evaluates business requirements with computing architecture and then designs the development framework and environments to build the application on. Designs and implements the application with respect to the application framework, deployment environments, business requirements and code specifications.
Senior Business Analyst I Functional Responsibility: Works with the customer to gather business requirements and translate those requirements into code specifications.
Senior Business Analyst II translate those requirements into code specifications.
Senior Business Analyst III Functional Responsibility: Works with the customer to support many concurrent project deliverables over multiple phases of work effort.
Minimum/General Experience: 25 years

Senior Product Manager Functional Responsibility: Provides technical, design/research, managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex to extremely complex systems. Makes recommendations and advises on organization-wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts in the following specialties:
information systems architecture; networking; automation; communications protocols; software;
lifecycle management; design; user research; software development methodologies.
Senior Program Manager Functional Responsibility: Facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for large multifaceted projects which may be customer/division specific or company-wide. Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams and/or other Project or Program Managers. Manage and enhance customer relationships. Provide full accountability for project budgets, schedules, project management, and performance requirements for enterprise level projects.
Senior Project Manager Functional Responsibility: The Senior Project Manager will provide project management for a portfolio of projects. This will involve the production of plans, documentation and the provision of guidance for project teams and ensuring communication is maintained between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager’s prime responsibility is to ensure that assigned projects produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and to facilitate full realisation of benefits defined in the business case.
Senior Quality Assurance Specialist Functional Responsibility: Tests the implementation of the code specifications and helps manage the business requirements with respect to the actual implementation.
Senior Security Architect Functional Responsibility: The Senior Security Architect leads technical security work for clients. This work includes, but is not limited to: Vulnerability scanning, Penetration testing, Secure network architecture design, build and implementation, Intrusion detection, Logging and monitoring.
Senior Application Development Specialist Functional Responsibility: Evaluates, benchmarks, designs, and implements best practices within a development organization.
Senior Systems Engineer Functional Responsibility: Leads software and systems design, architecture, and development. Responsible for team leadership and mentoring.
Senior Technical Writer Functional Responsibility: Documents all aspects of the application design, development, and implementation including the user, administration, training, proposals, guides, reports, and system documentation.

Senior Web Developer Functional Responsibility: Senior Web Developer required to help deliver integrated solutions for clients while utilizing client-facing skills to launch new products.

Systems Engineer Functional Responsibility: Support software and systems design, architecture, and development. Provides team leadership and mentoring, as needed.
Technical Subject Matter Expert Functional Responsibility: Supplements teams by providing high level functional IT systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex issues requiring an advanced specialist degree-level knowledge of the individual’s business field of study. Participates in all phases of studies, planning, and projects with specific emphasis on higher-level issues requiring specific expertise in the subject matter. Works with product management, UX research/design and developers to provide the knowledge needed to build human centered products for customers.
Technical Systems Architect Functional Responsibility: Technical systems architects, work closely with project managers, software developers and designers to build IT systems.
Usability Engineer Functional Responsibility: Proficient in user-centered design techniques, such as creating user profiles and user scenarios; analyzing users’ goals and creating personas; articulating conceptual models of users’ complex tasks; planning, conducting, and summarizing usability studies.
User Experience Researcher Functional Responsibility: Work closely with Usability Specialists to interface with key Segments relative to usability issues and opportunities. Lead and facilitate usability activities for key projects within a Segment. Work closely with design counterparts to effectively deliver industry leading user experience solutions.
User Interface Designer Functional Responsibility: Works closely with user research, marketing, product management, and development teams to create a world class user experience for application based products.
This candidate will drive the user experience for a set of next generation products and be responsible for ensuring their designs are simple, intuitive and support business objectives and brand. This candidate will also influence information architecture and ensure designs result in optimal web server and site technical performance. Additionally, the User Interface Designer will lead advanced designs projects, and creates guidelines for consistent product interaction. Works with the larger user experience team in developing new processes, system design tools and design guidelines.
Web Developer Functional Responsibility: Designs and develops internet/intranet static and multimedia web sites. This includes creation or selection of artwork, the creation or selection of visual themes and management of all components of a website.
