OLMs are Purchased under the authority of the FSS Program, Unknown until an order is placed, Only authorized for use in direct support of another awarded SIN, Only authorized for inclusion at the order level under a Time-and- Materials (T&M) or Labor-Hour (LH) Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), OLMs are not open-market items, OLMs are not awarded under ancillary supplies/services or other direct cost (ODC) SINs (these items are defined, priced, and awarded at the FSS contract level).
The Order-Level Materials SIN is only authorized for use in direct support of another awarded SIN, Price analysis for OLMs is not conducted when awarding the FSS contract or FSS BPA, Order-Level Materials SIN must be inclusive of the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF).
1b. Identification of the lowest priced model number and lowest unit price for that model for each special item number awarded in the contract. This price is the Government price based on a unit of one, exclusive of any quantity/dollar volume, prompt payment, or any other concession affecting price:

2. Maximum order: $500,000 for 54151S and $1,000,000 for 541519ICAM. For OLM orders, the cumulative value of OLMs in an individual task or delivery order cannot exceed 33.33% of the total value of the order and the maximum order is $250,000.
3. Minimum order: $100.00.
4. Geographic coverage: Domestic delivery, which includes the delivery within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Washington, DC, and U.S. Territories. Domestic delivery also includes a port or consolidation point, within the aforementioned areas, for orders received from overseas activities.
5. Point of production: 2001 Avenida Salvador, San Clemente, CA 92672.(Orange County).
6. Discount from list prices or statement of net price: Prices shown are NET Prices; Basic Discounts have been deducted.

DESCRIPTION OF IT/IAM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND PRICING
Title: Program Manager
Minimum Experience: The Program Manager must have ten years or more of progressive experience in the field of project management, budgeting, and working directly with customers. Must have demonstrated written communication skills, experience with cross-functional teams, and proven abilities to successfully escalate project issues to resolution.
Functional Duties: Program Manager is responsible for project oversight, direction, budget, deliverables, and deadlines. Ensures conformance with Performance Work Statement; interprets contract policies and procedures, and the goals and objectives of the customer. Ensures appropriate resources are applied to project tasks. Supervises or directly manages and coordinates project(s) through all phases of the systems development life cycle, including planning, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and evaluation. Responsible for managing interactions, and reporting progress and issues. Reviews work products for quality, completeness, and adherence to design concepts and user requirements. Has significant expertise in managing systems projects. Responsible for customer satisfaction and senior leadership liaison.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Title: Manager Architecture & Network Operations
Minimum Experience: The Manager Architecture and Network Operations must have ten plus years of progressive experience in the field of information technology. Must have at least five years of experience in providing technical leadership to system engineers and programmers. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Functional Duties: Designs and manages document imaging and content management solutions and architectures to support current requirements and future business transformation requirements and interfaces. Scopes, designs, develops, and maintains enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. Plans and directs the installation and testing of new systems or major system enhancements. Ensures systems are compatible and in compliance with application standards such as NIST, IEEE reference models, open systems architecture standards, and that the common operating environment is architecturally compliant. Analyzes, defines, and provides solutions for resolving issues that exist in large, distributed document management solutions. The manager will be very knowledgeable in all aspects of IT, have extensive experience in document imaging and management systems, and be recognized in the professional community as an expert in the field. Will lead technical teams and provide direction for resolving technical issues and addressing business requirements.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Title: Manager System Configuration & Operations
Minimum Experience: The Manager System Configuration and Operations must have eight plus years of progressive experience in the field of information management, document imaging, and identity and access management. Must have three to five years of experience in providing technical leadership to lead junior systems engineers and senior security consultants. Must be detailed oriented and able to translate business requirements into written system design specifications.

Functional Duties: Lead responsibility for designing, coding, and testing complex document management software workflows and configurations. Analyzes business and system security requirements, forms and documents, and develops design specifications. Translates detailed design into application configuration settings, Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) models, and custom coded instructions. Performs unit tests, debugs and troubleshoots system issues, and refines the computer program to produce the product required by the written specifications. Ensures system access and the transmission of sensitive data complies with Federal Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies.
Supervises senior and junior developers. Collaborates with senior security consultants on the implementation of PKI authentication and authorization configurations.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Title: Senior Imaging Engineer
Minimum Experience: The Senior Imaging Engineer must have at least six years of progressive experience in the field of document imaging and information management. Will have demonstrated experience in configuration management, maintenance planning, data management, and user training.
Functional Duties: Assists Manager System Configuration & Operations. Responsible for ensuring that each part of the system is constructed to specifications and that quality is built in throughout. Assembles software components into a working system. May specialize in Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) or distributed capture techniques and strategies. Prepares test data, tests and debugs programs. Prepares documentation of programs and user procedures.
Responsible for application installations and user acceptance testing.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.
