Functional Responsibility: Collects data in accordance with plans developed by others. The Consultant verifies and analyzes data to identify trends and relationships as well as current and potential technical and management problems. They are experienced using modern, front-end & back-end web development tools, techniques, and methods for the creation and deployment of user-facing interfaces and server-side processes. The Senior Consultant Is comfortable working in an Agile and Lean environment to routinely deploy changes. They must also be able to work independently with only minimal guidance on what objectives are to be accomplished. They are responsible for supervising and mentoring intermediate and junior level staff within their own labor category.

IT Project Manager II
Functional Responsibility: Experienced managing small projects or major tasks. Responsible for the day-to-day technical management and leadership for IT systems/software development project/task orders. They are experienced setting up teams for successful delivery by removing obstacles (or blockers to progress), constantly helping the team to become more self-organizing, and enabling the work the team does rather than impose how it’s done. They are responsible for reviewing technical approaches to ensure that the proper methodologies and procedures are followed in accordance with project/task order requirements, and ensures the successfully delivery, ongoing success, and continuous improvement of digital products, platforms, and services. IT Technical Writer II
Functional Responsibility: Leads the development and implementation of content on websites and print media.
Writes, coordinates, prepares, proofreads, and edits publications including operator manuals, reports, letters, articles, etc. Utilizes state of the art desktop publishing in conjunction with work efforts. Requires experience working with professional, management, and sponsoring personnel to determine communications needs, requirements, and suggested changes.
Monitors status of documents from rough draft to final copy and maintains and updates resource libraries.
