A delivery order that exceeds the maximum order may be placed under the schedule contract in accordance with FAR 8.404.

6. DISCOUNT FROM LIST PRICES: Prices Include IFF. For calculation of the GSA Schedule price (price paid by customers ordering from the GSA Schedule, and the price to be loaded into GSA Advantage), the contractor should deduct the appropriate basic discount from the list price and add the prevailing IFF rate to the negotiated discounted price (Net GSA price). Current IFF rate is 0.75%.

The final Schedule contract award price is calculated as follows: Negotiated price divided by (1 minus .0075) which equates to Negotiated price divided by 0.9925. Example: ($100,000 / 0.9925) = $100,755.67

Systems Migration: Assisting organizations by identifying the right technology to fit their needs and maximize current technology investments. SRR can quickly convert existing systems to latest technologies Database Administration: Providing professional database management support for all phases of the system life cycle;

designing, creating, migrating, and maintaining database-based software solutions; helping build data warehouses;

managing existing projects; fine-tuning existing applications. SRR provides all levels of support using the latest database technologies and application maintenance techniques to enhance productivity, and ultimately profitability.

Web-Based Solutions: Using the latest, proven web technologies to develop strategic applications that allow customers to access your databases. Customers can simply use their web browsers to gain real-time access to your services 24 hours a day, every day of the year, improving communication in an economical and timely manner, and promoting collaboration across geographical barriers.

Telecommunication Application Engineering and Maintenance: Developing and maintaining large and complex applications covering voice and data network control functions, including network configuration, repair administration, service order issuance and tracking, network element access, alarm monitoring, traffic monitoring, and billing.

Consulting Services: Consulting services range from enterprise modeling and business process reengineering through database design and application implementation. Utilizing our standard processes, we work side-by-side with our customers through the life cycle, keeping them in touch with the project status and ensuring that the project is successful.

Engineering Services

Computer Systems engineering and Integration: Combining diverse components from multiple vendors into reliable, efficient systems; providing system management for most major computers and operating systems.

Telemetry Engineering: Covering the entire spectrum of high-speed telemetry, from circuit design and complex systems integration to acquisition/post-mission software development and data decoding and processing.

Compatibility Engineering: Conducting analytical modeling, computer simulation, Applied engineering disciplines include stability and control, and ground loads, computational fluid dynamics, and computerized physical fit.

Technical and Systems Engineering: Testing and verifying software to meet tough standards; designing advanced data acquisition and processing systems, performing complex range planning; supporting test projects; enterprise-wide networks using office PCs and engineering workstations.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES LABOR CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS

Experience for education equivalency: SRR International offers only the personnel who meet or exceed the minimum qualification requirements stated in the Commercial Labor Category Descriptions provided below. SRR International does allow experience to substitute for education requirements. SRR criteria for minimum experience substitutions by educational degree are as follows:

Associate Degree 2 years related experience.

Bachelors Degree 6 years related experience or Associates degree plus 4 years related experience

Graduate Degree 8 years related experience or 4 years related experience + BS/BA.

GSA and/or the ordering activities may have access to any SRR employee resume (by request) before, during, or after assignment of any GSA order. If, for some extenuating reason, a person assigned to an order must be replaced or substituted, the ordering activity will be notified in advance, in writing, and the substituting personnel will have equal or greater qualifications than the departing employee.

The following labor categories are to be utilized for all new work initiated under this schedule.

Commercial Job Title: Program Manager Minimum/ General Experience: Overall 8-10 years of experience in the IT industry, out of which at least five (5) years must be in the field of Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, and/or Client Relationship Management.

Functional Responsibility: He/she is the central point of contact with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative and Task Managers. Is the senior manager responsible for coordinating the management of all work performed on this contract, including subcontractors, team members, and vendors. Keeps in constant touch with the project managers regarding the status of various task order projects, the issues facing the project teams and effectively and regularly updates the client representatives. Also facilitates the information, which the team requires from the client to effectively implement various Task Order Projects and if necessary, escalates the burning issues to the client representatives and contract officer. All the Task Order Project Managers typically report to the Program Manager for that contract.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification or 2-3 years of additional experience. Master's Degree in Computer Science; Master's Degree in Business Administration is desirable.

Commercial Job Title: Project Manager

Minimum/General Experience: Requires directing the efforts of technical teams composed of information technology, engineering and scientific professionals.
