DATA MANAGER
Minimum/General Experience: Computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required. 5 Years of experience.
Functional Responsibility: Must be capable of managing the development of database projects.
Must be able to plan and budget staff and data resources. Supports application developers in planning preparation, load analysis, and backup and recovery of data. When necessary, reallocates resources to maximize benefits. Incumbent must be able to prepare and deliver presentations on DBMS concepts. Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff. Functional Responsibility: Provides support to end-users when required. Interacts with network services, software systems engineering and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems. Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.

Experience in all phases of software development and operations. Related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Functional Responsibility: Supports, configures and develops Exchange environments. Responsible for Tier I/II/III support for Enterprise E-Mail services and related systems such as mail servers, storage, disaster recovery, O365, Blackberry messaging, Lync Instant message, ActiveSync, Active Directory or related policy changes for messaging. Also responsible for troubleshooting incidents related to messaging and exchange.

Information Engineer I Minimum/General Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Functional Responsibility: Apply business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies/principles and business process modernization projects. Apply, as appropriate, activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis and modern business methods and performance measurement techniques. Assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures. Functional Responsibility Supervise, coordinate and/or perform additions and changes to network hardware and operating systems, and attached devices; including investigation, analysis, recommendation, configuration, installation, and testing of new network hardware and software.
Provide direct support in the day-to-day operations on network hardware and operating systems including the evaluation of system utilization, monitoring response time and primary support for detection and correction of operational problems.
