Master Deg. Responsible for the IT analysis, IT technical design and IT implementation of Big Data services using existing and emerging technology platforms. Big Data includes data staging platforms, ETL/ELT practices, and Relational and NOSQL technologies. This includes capacity and implementation planning, collaboration with business partners, Data Services and Data Implementation teams.
With a focus on providing business value and speed to implementation, conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of high performance data platforms. Responsibility includes end-to-end beginning with the acquisition and ingestion of data through the reporting of data to the end user (ETL, Master Data Management, Hadoop, NoSQL, OLAP, and Reporting.

Contractor resource will also provide Information Security Certification and Accreditation Support for applications, systems and networks in accordance with appropriate policies and processes.
Determines enterprise information assurance and security standards. Develops and implements information assurance/security standards and procedures. Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs for an organization. Recommends information assurance/security solutions to support customers’ requirements. Identifies, reports, and resolves security violations. Establishes and satisfies information assurance and security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands. Supports customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies.
Applies know- how to government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures. Performs analysis, design, and development of security features for system architectures. Analyzes and defines security requirements for computer systems which may include mainframes, workstations, and personal computers.
