DESCRIPTION OF IT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND PRICING:
Analyst I
Education
Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional two (2) years of work experience in a related discipline.
Responsibility
Supports the project team in performing requirements analysis, design, development, installation, testing, training, and maintenance for application system components for software/hardware. May also assist with additional duties, such as data analysis and reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Experience
One-year experience in lifecycle design, development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis/ resolution including help desk.
Analyst II
Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional four (4) years of work installation, testing, training, and maintenance for application system components for software/hardware. May also assist with additional duties, such as data analysis and reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Two (2) years of overall experience with proficiency in lifecycle design, development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis/ resolution including help desk.
Analyst III installation, testing, training, and maintenance for system components. Work may include systems analysis and design, network services, database planning and design, facilities management, programming, conversion and implementation support, project support, data management, and other computer related services. Participates in the evaluation of computer hardware and software and assessment of its ability to support specific requirements and to interface with other equipment and systems. Responsibilities may require developing new or improved techniques and procedures relating to the development or operation of systems.
Five (5) years of overall experience with a proficiency in lifecycle design, development, Analyst IV installation, testing, training, and maintenance for system components. Work may include systems analysis and design, network services, database planning and design, facilities management, programming, conversion and implementation support, project support, data management, and other computer related services. Participates in the evaluation of computer hardware and software and assessment of its ability to support specific requirements and to interface with other equipment and systems. Responsibilities may require developing new or improved techniques and procedures relating to the development or operation of systems.
Eight (8) years of overall experience with a proficiency in lifecycle design, development, Change Management Specialist
Bachelors’ Degree in a Human Resource Development, Business, Education, I/O
Psychology, or a related field.
The Change Management Specialist facilitates organizational change by employing methods to re-direct resources and business processes to reshape an organization. Uses organizational change management principles to assess how teams are affected by organization change and recommends change control processes and strategic communications to reach key internal and external stakeholders. Provides advice and guidance to executives on communications strategies, develops mechanisms for effective two-way communications, and supports the implementation and evaluation of change controls and internal communications strategy using multiple communications platforms. The Specialist also tailors communications to the audience.
Six (6) years of experience implementing change management plans utilizing multiple communication tools and techniques. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional four years’ experience implementing change management plans utilizing multiple communications tools and techniques for a total of 10 years is required.
Communication Specialist
Provide communications and technical support across the customer's enterprise. Provide technical assessments and develop communication/outreach strategies during planning, coordination and execution of projects. Develop presentations, executive correspondence, articles, internal communications and training materials. Provide communications support across a range of channels to include print, infographic, web page design and video.
Additionally, develop policy and guidelines for information sharing. Collaborate with a communication team to provide recommendations for changes and enhancements.
Two (2) years of overall experience with a proficiency in communication and technical support.
Intern I
High School Diploma or actively pursuing educational degree.
Provides all aspects of administrative support including processing requests from team members, answering correspondence and general inquiries. Writes and edits documents.

IT Specialist II

Interprets requirements, performs highly complex analyses, and resolves difficult problems. Develops advanced technological concepts and supports their development into a final product. Requires thorough understanding of system development, system integration, implementation, and configuration management, system certification and accreditation, documentation/guidelines, and life cycle maintenance. Broad knowledge of and experience with computer systems, software architectures and technologies, and has strong problem solving, analysis skills, and very good interpersonal skills. May operate in a project leadership role.
IT Specialist IV
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, other related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional four (4) years of work experience in a related discipline.

IT Technical SME
Education

Project Manager I

Education
Associates Degree. In lieu of a Associates Degree, an additional two (2) years of work experience in a related discipline.
Responsibility
Assists in collecting and organizing information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, and reports. Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, and any other customer deliverables and documents. May perform general administrative functions on projects/tasks. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under general direction only.
Experience
Entry-level position requires at least 2 years’ experience performing technical writing and editing tasks.
IT Senior SME
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, other related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional four (4) years of work experience in a related discipline.
