11d. Urgent Requirements.

When the Federal Supply Schedule contract delivery period does not meet the bona fide urgent delivery requirements of an ordering agency, agencies are encouraged, if time permits, to contact the Contractor for the purpose of obtaining accelerated delivery. The Contractor shall reply to the inquiry within 3 workdays after receipt. (Telephonic replies shall be confirmed by the Contractor in writing.) If the Contractor offers an accelerated delivery time acceptable to the ordering agency, any order(s) placed pursuant to the agreed upon accelerated delivery time frame shall be delivered within this shorter delivery time and in accordance with all other terms and conditions of the contract.

System Engineer Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of technological principles and practices in broad areas of assignment and related fields. Makes decisions independently on engineering problems and methods, and represents the organization in meetings to resolve important questions and to plan and coordinate work. Requires the use of advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices of his/her field and related disciplines. The knowledge and expertise required for this level of work usually results from progressive experience.

Minimum Education and Experience Master’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Software Engineering 10 years of experience

Project Management Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Oversees all program related management activities. Coordinates with management, staff, and other administrative personnel on all issues dealing with technical abilities and solutions, resource requirements and allocation, personnel matters, and business development and maintenance. Performs administrative and supervisory duties required for operation of the program. Coordinates with subcontractors on technical, financial, and deliverables. Ensures quality of all contract deliverables. Ensures that program delivery orders and that funding is allocated according to the projected spending plan. Responsible for presentations or discussions relative to progress of the program. Conducts presentations, lectures, or discussions. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Science Master’s Degree 4 years of experience

Software Test 1 Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Conducts tests and experiments and redesigns as necessary. Records and evaluates data and reports findings. Establishes standards and procedures for requirement definitions, evaluation of alternative performance specifications. Performs system specification and architecture development. Performs high level detailed specification and scope preparation, configuration, management and document control. Conducts test and evaluation including supervising research conducted. Performs or supervisors reverse engineering, simulation and modeling. Supervises initial feasibility research and task portioning. Acts as research principle engineer lead and manager.
