Functional Responsibility:
Focuseed on supporting consulting teams. Provides clerical and secretarial support to a organization with a formalized structure. Prepares and develops correspondence, reports, memorandums, presentations, and other forms of communication for distribution across various organizations on site and to offices off site as directed. Maintains daily schedule of assigned staff. Participates in and documents meetings, conferences, etc. Maintains assigned file and records system. Schedules and maintains calendar of assigned meeting space within the organization. Performs all actions required to schedule, coordinate, and setup/connect for conferences as required. Administrative Assistant I

Financial Analyst I

Functional Responsibility:
provide expert, authoritative advice and analysis on areas that involve assessing credit assistance to borrowers seeking to develop transportation projects of regional or national significance. With important exceptions, credit agreements emulate the commercial practices of U.S. capital markets and/or private banking investors. Internal credit write ups for submittal to BAB’s credit review team.
Assist the Underwriting Team with due diligence and preparing internal underwriting documents. Assist the Lead Underwriter in facilitating loan closings.
Perform other duties, assignments, special projects and ad-hoc analysis / reporting. Build and review financial models in MS Excel and being able to run multiple scenario analysis to assess the project creditworthiness and downside resilience. Track existing market deals and fundamentals to stay informed of market developments in order to identify new opportunities and trends. Assist with communications and reporting to financial partners (debt and equity). Advanced knowledge of concepts, principles and practices in the fields of economics, finance and business operations.
