Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop issues for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repairs for remote users as needed. Oversee the installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrade of all PC hardware, equipment, and engineering systems to ensure enterprise-level workstation performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical issues (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate manner while providing expert guidance to end users and mentoring lower-level technicians. Lead research and strategic evaluation of desktop products, emerging technologies, and engineering solutions in support of organizational procurement and long-term development initiatives. Conduct advanced onsite analysis, diagnosis, and implementation of corrective solutions for end-user systems, managing critical offsite repairs and overseeing technical escalations. Ensure the installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of all systems deliver seamless, high-level desktop service across the organization.

At Level III, responsibilities expand to include applying advanced physical laws and engineering principles to the design, development, and optimization of machines, materials, instruments, processes, and systems within IT infrastructure. Provide expert-level technical leadership, including advanced advice, concept development, and comprehensive requirements analysis for enterprise-scale solutions. Lead the preparation of feasibility studies, preliminary and final system plans and designs, and oversee the execution of technical services during critical construction, installation, and system upgrade phases. Conduct rigorous evaluations and performance inspections of infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with engineering standards, technical accuracy, and organizational goals, while driving innovation and continuous improvement for scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Professional Services Program Manager

Facilitate information flow between the COR, the contractor, and contract personnel. Oversee and facilitate network connectivity and security for devices and data. Oversee the hiring of new employees and serve as a key resource for all contract personnel. Work closely with the government and customer on hiring to meet project and mission goals. Provide on -site administrative oversight of contract personnel, to include pay, promotions, leave, work hours, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate with the COR and the customer on researching participant compensation and all travel for contract personnel. Identify and evaluate problems affecting project and mission goals and provide solutions in a timely manner. Work closely with the COR and the degree 2 customer to document the need for any changes to requirements. Ensure timely delivery of required reports.

Professional Services Project Manager

The Project Manager manages key client projects ensuring coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The project manager coordinates with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.
