1. Computer Systems Analyst Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have two (2) years of computer experience in at least one of the following disciplines: system analysis, system programming, application programming, and equipment analysis.
Functional Responsibility: Supports the development of system requirements and program specification from which programmers prepare detailed flowcharts, programs, and systems tests. Coordinates with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications. Participates in the development of test strategies, devices, database management, and systems.
Educational Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree in computer science, or related field of study desirable.
2. Configuration Management Specialist Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have two (2) years of CM experience. Functional Responsibility: Supports the design, development and establishment of configuration and data management documents based on program requirements. Maintains complete records, methods employed and results obtained. Prepares complete reports of results and recommendations; communicates with external and internal sources necessary to assure proper and timely project completion.
Educational Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree in engineering, computer science, or related field of study desirable.
3. Electronic Specialist Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have three (3) years of IT systems implementation and maintenance experience.
Functional Responsibility: Installs, modifies, troubleshoots, and repairs computer hardware and software systems. Provides technical assistance and training to computer system users.
Educational Requirements: A.A or A.S. degree in computer science, general engineering, or related field of study desirable.
4. Graphic/Web Designer Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have two (2) years in graphics design and desktop publishing.
Functional Responsibility: Creates publication cover designs, hand drawn and computer generated illustrations and graphics including table, charts, logos, and other artwork. Designs and builds web pages using a variety of graphics software application, techniques and tools. Performs page layout for technical documents, newsletters, brochures, posters, and other types of documents.
Educational Requirements: A.A. or A.S. degree in graphics design, business, or related field of study desirable.
5. Information Assurance Specialist Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have two (2) years of relevant experience. Functional Responsibility: Supports the development, operation, management, and enforcement of security capabilities for systems and networks. Technical support includes the protection and defense of information systems.
Educational Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field of study desirable.
6. Information Security Engineer Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in INFOSEC.
Functional Responsibility: Defines and develops security policies. Analyzes the sensitivity of information, performs vulnerability and risk assessments on the basis of defined sensitivity and information flow. Conducts network vulnerability testing on systems to safeguard against attacks and data breaches.
Educational Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field of study desirable.
7. IT Analyst Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the disciplines associated with the IT Analyst labor category.
Functional Responsibility: Expertise in one or more of the following IT disciplines may include mission analysis, requirements analysis and development, performance standards and metrics, business process reengineering and change management, compliance and validation, continuity planning and disaster recovery, COTS product evaluations, distance learning, economic business analysis, biometrics, identity protection and access management, intelligence analysis, modeling and simulation, operations research, program analysis, PKI development, risk analysis and management, technical consulting and planning, and transformation and enterprise business strategy.
Educational Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree in electrical or industrial engineering (or related field of study) desirable.
8. IT Program Manager Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have five (5) years of IT experience, including telecommunications system management experience.
Functional Responsibility: Performs day-to-day management of IT contract technical/support operations, involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and execution of all program/technical support activities. Has demonstrated information technology expertise and communications skills to be able to interface with all levels of management. Meets and confers with Government management officials regarding the status of specific program/technical activities as well as problems, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution. 9. IT Quality Assurance Specialist Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have two (2) years of experience working with IT quality control assurance methods and tools.
Functional Responsibility: Evaluates software and associated documentation. Participates in formal and informal reviews to determine information technology quality and in the development of software quality assurance plans. Analyzes discrepancies in service or performance and makes recommendations for product or service updates. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Educational Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree in engineering, computer science, or related field of study desirable.
10. IT Subject Matter Expert Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have ten (10) years of experience in IT systems deployment and O&M.
Functional Responsibility: Experienced consultant with experience supporting projects related to the individual's IT subject matter expertise. Provides technical, managerial, and administrative support for any of the following: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; lifecycle management; software development methodologies; testing; and modeling and simulation.
Educational Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field of study desirable.
11. IT Testing Specialist Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have two (2) years of experience. Functional Responsibility: Supports IT software and network tests, while evaluating results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Prepares test scripts and all required test documentation. Analyzes internal security within systems. Reviews test results and makes recommendations in support of IT applications.
Educational Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree in electrical or industrial engineering (or related field of study) desirable
12. Software Engineer Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have two (2) years of experience as a software engineer.
Functional Responsibility: Works independently to develop technical designs and specifications for software products and systems. Researches and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules and user expectations into product capabilities.
Educational Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree in software, engineering, computer science, or related field of study desirable.
13. Systems Engineer Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have three (3) years of experience in systems engineering and ITmanagement.
Functional Responsibility: Responsible for analyzing information technology requirements. Evaluates IT system problems of workflow, organization, and planning. Develops appropriate corrective action. May assist in the maintenance of program libraries and technical manuals.

15. Financial Analyst Minimum/General Experience and Years of Experience: Must have two (2) years of financial experience. Functional Responsibility: Advise and perform professional cost, budget and schedule measurement work, implement and monitor financial control systems. Organizes financial information for review using standard and non-standard financial analysis methods to perform financial and management support tasks.
Educational Requirements: A.A. or A.S. degree in accounting, business, or related field of study desirable.
In lieu of a Degree MAG may substitute the following: Two (2) year of professional experience = A.A. or A.S. Degree Four (4) years of professional experience = B.A. or B.S. Degree
