Programmer Analyst I

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, an Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Related field, and will have at least one(1) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to: Assisting in the design and development of applications considered to be of a medium or higher scale. S/he may work with the client company and other team members to develop a program from initial outline of business needs through completion and will actively work with other team members on the necessary modules, interfaces and actual program or other product code. S/he may modify existing code or modules, provide updated or new documentation for the code or modules, as well as additional documentation which may be required.

Programmer Analyst II

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least three (3) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include, but are not necessarily limited to: Designing, programming, debugging and development of applications considered to be of a medium or higher scale;

unit testing of application code, database objects and stored procedures. S/he may work with the client company and other team members to develop a program from initial outline of business needs through completion and will actively work with other team members on the necessary modules, interfaces and actual program or other product code. S/he may modify existing code or modules, provide updated or new documentation for the code or modules, as well as additional documentation which may be required. Programmer Analyst III

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least five (5) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to responsibility for technical development of one or more complex applications, units, and enhancements. Projects worked on typically involved complex issues which require analysis of situations or data and the evaluation of variables which may be speculative or otherwise intangible in nature. S/he may work at any or all points in the development cycle of any given product and will often work with others outside the team to resolve production and/or end user issues. S/he will frequently act as a resource on technical matters for junior members of the team, providing guidance and direction for the development, testing and implementation process. S/he may, as the project requires, also perform the functions of any Programmer Analyst I-II position or may assist any member of the team in his/her tasks are required to ensure a quality product and on-time delivery. S/he will often act as supervisor for part or all of the project team.

Lead Programmer Analyst

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least six (6) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to: Acting as supervisor for a group of developers on a project. S/he is responsible for providing technical oversight and analysis of the applications, development and enhancements which may be part of the assigned project(s).

S/he provides guidance to the developers on the team to resolve production and end user issues and works with Project Manager(s) and/or client representatives to identify the tasks and issues which will be part of the project. S/he may, as the project requires, also perform the functions of any Programmer Analyst I-III position or may assist any member of the team in his/her tasks are required to ensure a quality product and on-time delivery. S/he may act as lead for an entire project team, in the absence of designated Project Manager or Program/Application Architect, and at the discretion of the client. Program/Application Architect

Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least six (6) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to Providing senior management oversight and direction for one or more technical projects that support Web Portals or other specific applications. S/he will work with both team members and client end users to direct the project deliverable and will typically provide direction regarding the project engineering and development. S/he will typically be the key point of contact between the team, project manager(s) and client, and will provide direction on consulting, support, and training on the project deliverables.

Project Manger

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least five (5) years of actual working experience, including several years of project oversight and/or project management certification. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to being responsible for all aspect of the project including Planning, management, budgeting, scope, setting and maintaining project milestones and delivery dates, and direction and assignment of team members. S/he may also serve as an expert to other project teams or team members on various IT subjects. S/he may manage a single or multiple project for a client, as required, and may also serve as a single point of contact for all a client’s active projects, even in cases where an individual project may be overseen on a daily basis by another. S/he will be pivotal in project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication, and cost, and will review all project deliverables and track all project milestones to ensure that the client’s needs are met in a timely fashion and that all product or other deliverable meets or exceeds the client’s expectations and expressed needs. S/he will provide oversight for the entire project, from planning through to testing, implementation, and final acceptance by the client.

Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least three (3) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to: Oversight of project user acceptance testing, and business process team planning. S/he will work with the client, end user and/or other team members to provide acceptance testing for the project deliverables. Acceptance testing will validate that online functionality and support business processes operate as per specifications, and that the end user can use the software or system easily and efficiently to accomplish all the tasks for which the process/system was designed. S/he will also work with both the development team and the client or end user to determine how the implementation of the new process/system will affect the business model or procedure and will ensure that any necessary tools and procedures are implemented to avoid negative impact from process/system deployment.

Information Technology Consultant

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least five (5) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to: Providing direction for development of solutions to business issues. Such solutions will typically involve both process and technology aspects. S/he will work the client to define or refine business and systems strategy. From this strategy, s/he will develop system requirements and business recommendations. S/he will work on both the design and prototype of new processes or systems and will develop and/or oversee training. S/he will define support procedures and develop the implementation plan, working with the client at an executive oversight level as a peer, and managing day-to-day client relationships. S/he will perform analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues, based on client information and input provided, to ensure that project proposed and underway are supportive of client business needs. This person will have ultimate oversight of all projects at a given client at all times and will work with client to ensure the ultimate integration of all projects into the client business model.

Data Base Administrator

Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least five (5) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to providing management oversight for all database activities, inclusive of day-to-day maintenance, such as creating backups, editing indexes, and scheduling and performing necessary and recommended installations and upgrades to ensure the proper function of the database. S/he may recommend system changes to programming management as required to improve database function. S/he may establish standards, control access, and document all changes in order to maintain database integrity, security, and efficiency. S/he may create and/or maintain existing business logic stored in the database, such as functions, views and stored procedures developed in SQL, and may design and implement new business objects as needs. S/he may oversee additional data base team members as appropriate.

System Administrator

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least six (6) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to Providing support for medium- or large-scale high-availability systems and Internet operations. S/he will typically work with state-of-the-art equipment and operating systems to support industry leading applications. S/he will provide day-to-day administrative and engineering support for data and voice networks. Networks may include data network components, data security, management systems, TDM and VoIP systems and/or other network resources. S/he will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the data center, LAN/WAN and VPN communications, and will provide server monitoring, data traffic sniffing and control, case management and tracking and will provide analysis of the root cause of any major problem areas as required. S/he will ensure that systems on the network are kept up to date, applying the latest applicable, recommended patches and upgrades as necessary to allow the maximum effective usage of network systems with a minimum of network interruption. S/he may oversee additional networking team members as appropriate.

System Analyst I

Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least one (1) year of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to: Providing necessary support for various IT projects, typically on an on-call basis. S/he may perform database programming, testing, debugging and documentation for systems as necessary or advisable during the course of any work. S/he may revise interface programs to provide enhancements or environment changes which will enhance the end user functionality and may write database extraction programs based on project and/or file specifications from system analysts and end users. S/he may interact extensively with end users and/or other analysts or team members and will work proactively to resolve any operational issues quickly, during and/or after normal end user working ours as required.

System Analyst II

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least three (3) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to: Working with end users and other analysts or team members to define system requirements and resolve problems. S/he may revise or develop interface programs to provide enhancements or environment changes. S/he will collaborate with various resources to ensure that system design requirements accurately reflect defined business processes and support all functional business requirements. S/he will work as necessary on an on-call basis and may provide oversight or direction in the escalation of problem management procedures.

S/he may interact extensively with end users and/or other analysts or team members and will work proactively to resolve any operational issues quickly, during and/or after normal end user working ours as required. S/he may supervise System Analyst I, programmers and manage small projects as necessary to achieve the business ends.

Testing Analyst, I

Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least one (1) year of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to: Performing user acceptance testing, and business process team planning. S/he will work with the client, end user and/or other team members to provide acceptance testing for the project deliverables. Testing Analyst II

Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least three (3) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to: Analysis of functional requirements for program or IT initiatives that have been proposed to a system and which may present a technical or operational risk when integrated into the existing systems. S/he will develop the test approach, plan, and dependencies necessary to ensure the proper function of a new system or implementation. S/he will aid all persons and activities which support the proposed testing, as necessary.

S/he will lead the development of a test case, test data, traceability matrix, and metrics to ensure that all testing requirements are met and properly documented. S/he tracks and verifies any problems which the testing may reveal and will ensure that corrections are made in timely fashion. S/he will provide oversight for additional testing and correction as required. S/he may provide additional technical expertise as required to other teams or team members to assist in providing solutions to other areas of specialization.

S/he may provide coaching and training as necessary to team members and provides oversight to Test Designers and Test Analysts, as necessary. S/he may act as team lead for testing projects. .

Business Analyst I

Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least one (1) year of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to formulating business strategy solutions, doing research and analysis of business requirements, problems, and technology. S/he will evaluate company operations and processes, provides end user support, including documentation and training materials. S/he may provide a cost-benefit analysis of work management system, process changes and upgrades and participates in cross-functional teams.

Business Analyst II

Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least three (3) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to: Formulating business strategy solutions; doing research and analysis of business requirements, problems, and technology. S/he will act as the primary liaison between client and IT development team. S/he will troubleshoot application issues and evaluate enhancement requests to determine the ROI. S/he will often work with IT departments or consultants to develop a business strategy that leverages Information & Systems Technologies to reduce costs and increase efficiency across the business model. S/he will analyze performance data to determine if required results are being achieved effectively and will create summary statistics to evaluate results. S/he will also create and publish period reports and will create ad hoc reports as appropriate or requested. .

Data Analyst I

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least one (1) year of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited Performing data aggregations for analysis and enhancing quality control efforts. S/he will provide support on a continuing basis for related projects. S/he will create templates and prepare spreadsheets; generate statistical analysis;

and works with large databases of program data and mappings to provide greater understanding of systems and data. S/he may create ad hoc queries and will generate reports in a variety of formats as requested or as appropriate. S/he will maintain close contact with team members as well as customers, external researchers, consultants, and vendors, as appropriate, regarding the statistical analyses and data aggregations relative to the particular project. S/he may report to a project manager or higher-level Data Analyst or another team member as directed or may work alone.

Data Analyst II

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least three (3) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to Acting as an expert in reimbursement data analysis and reporting, to support provider contracting and re-contracting initiatives, and will maintain processes established to support provider negotiations. S/he will provide expert guidance to other data analysts regarding analysis techniques. S/he will analyze and report on data related to very complex and varied reimbursements metrics. S/he will act as leaders on the team efforts and projects. S/he creates reports to communicate and track reimbursement arrangements. S/he will analyze data to create summary performance statistics. S/he will create and publish periodic reports as well as any necessary ad hoc reports.

Data Warehousing Specialist I

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least one (1) year of actual working experience. Functional duties will include, but are not necessarily limited to Design, document, develop, test, install and support complex data ETL (extract, transform and load) programs to enhance business function. S/he will work with a team to maintain and enhance systems. S/he will be responsible for managing changes in the data warehouse environment, including design, code, and testing.

S/he will coordinate activities and goals with other IT, development, and business groups to ensure proper understanding of functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements from the perspective of the database. S/he will work assist in transforming these requirements into functional, scalable, and reusable components. , scalable and reusable components.

Data Warehousing Specialist II

Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least three (3) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include, but are not necessarily limited to Designing, documenting, developing, testing, installing, and supporting complex data ETL programs. S/he will build large-scale warehouse solutions. S/he will design and implement a Data Warehouse and ensure that this Data Warehouse will support ad-hoc as well as predefined queries. S/he will be responsible for the development of the ETL strategy necessary for Data Warehouse support. S/he will work with new and existing database solutions to provide performance optimization. S/he will work with other team members and a variety of IT personnel and disciplines to review database design and will recommend and help to develop new features and products by providing feedback on database efficiency, performance, scalability, and storage. y and storage.

ERP Business Analyst

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least five (5) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to: Working with business units to research and develop ERP solutions which are designed to facilitate, improve, and enhance the company’s business processes. S/he will work with various business departments and functions, including Finance, Accounting and HR, in order to determine business requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, develop functional specifications, and assist with system design. S/he will ensure compliance, develop test cases, and develop end user training to ensure SDLC processes are followed and will provide production support and application troubleshooting. S/he typically has a thorough knowledge of the JD Edwards Financials & Procurement modules, and will act as a resource for these modules, utilizing exceptional technical and non-technical communications skills to provide written and oral reports and documentation, as necessary.

Network Engineer

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least four (4) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include, but are not necessarily limited to Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing workstations and server hardware and software. S/he will perform both administration and maintenance of all network-related equipment, often working with a team. S/he will troubleshoot TCP/IP networking protocols. S/he will install and troubleshoot MS Windows and workstation operation systems. S/he will support multiple network and business systems software. S/he will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft systems, from MS-DOS through current Windows operating systems, and will have a strong knowledge of various end-user programs, including MS Office, Visio, Adobe Acrobat and WinZip, as well as other software which may be deployed throughout the system.

Project Administrator

The person performing this function will have, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field, and will have at least five (5) years of actual working experience. Functional duties will include but are not necessarily limited to Administrative duties related to research, problem solving and support of projects and plans for a business unit. S/he will develop, monitor, maintain and distribute documents, schedules, and plans, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the overall plan and operations. S/he will coordinate meetings, train new team members with regards to necessary and established project standards and processes and will ensure that project standards and processes are met and followed. S/he may assist in evaluating new tools and techniques which may be employed on the project and will maintain and monitor financial and/or budget documentation. S/he will be responsible for the overall administration of the team and project goals.
