Order Level Materials (OLM)

Order-Level Materials (OLM) OLMs are supplies and/or services acquired in direct support of an individual task or delivery order placed against a Schedule contract or BPA. OLM pricing is not established at the Schedule contract or BPA level, but at the order level. Since OLMs are identified and acquired at the order level, the ordering contracting officer (OCO) is responsible for making a fair and reasonable price determination for all OLMs.

OLMs are procured under a special ordering procedure that simplifies the process for acquiring supplies and services necessary to support individual task or delivery orders

538.270 and 538.271 do not apply to OLMs)

- Only authorized for use in direct support of another awarded SIN.

- Only authorized for inclusion at the order level under a Time-and-Materials (T&M) or Labor-Hour (LH) Contract Line Item Number (CLIN)

- Subject to a Not To Exceed (NTE) ceiling price

Contract Overview Altamira has been awarded a GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract for Information Technology – IT Solutions, Contract No. GS‐35F‐134CA, which starts performance on January 15, 2015 and is valid for the first five (5) year base period. The contract provides a vehicle for Task Orders to be placed as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) or Time and Materials (T&M) using the labor categories and ceiling rates defined within.

Base Period: January 15, 2015 to January 14, 2020 Current Period: January 15, 2020 to January 14, 2025 Option #2: January 15, 2025 to January 14, 2030 Option #3: January 15, 2030 to January 14, 2035.

Contract Use and Scope This contract is available for use by all federal government agencies as a source for IT Professional Services for domestic and/or overseas use. Executive agencies, other Federal agencies, mixed‐ownership Government corporations, and the District of Columbia; Government contractors authorized in writing by a Federal agency pursuant to 48 CFR 51.1; and other activities and organizations authorized by statute or regulation to use GSA as a source of supply may use this contract (see GSA Order ADM4800.2 E). Additionally, contractors are encouraged to accept orders received from activities within the Executive branch of the Federal Government.
