24. NOTIFICATION REGARDING REGISTRATION IN SYSTEM FOR AWARD
MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE: Aspex, Inc. has an Active Registration in the SAM database.
1. DESCRIPTION OF IT/IAM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND PRICING
a. The Contractor shall provide a description of each type of IT/IAM Service offered under Special Item Numbers 132-51 IT/IAM Professional Services should be presented in the same manner as the Contractor sells to its commercial and other ordering activity customers. If the Contractor is proposing hourly rates, a description of all corresponding commercial job titles (labor categories) for those individuals who will perform the service should be provided.
b. Pricing for all IT/IAM Professional Services shall be in accordance with the Contractor’s customary commercial practices; e.g., hourly rates, monthly rates, term rates, and/or fixed prices, minimum general experience and minimum education.
c. The following is an example of the manner in which the description of a commercial job title should be presented: EXAMPLE: Commercial Job Title: System Engineer Minimum/General Experience: Three (3) years of technical experience which applies to systems analysis and design techniques for complex computer systems. Requires competence in all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts and methods; also requires knowledge of available hardware, system software, input/output devices, structure and management practices. Functional Responsibility: Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, conducts feasibility studies. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Note: Bachelor Degree indicates a four-year degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, or other science/technical degree requiring concentrated studies in computer systems and applications.
Master’s Degree indicates a post-graduate degree from an accredited college or university in any of the fields listed above, or in business administration, professional engineering, management or other advanced degree requiring additional coursework and experience in computer systems and applications.
Also, six (6) yrs of general experience is considered equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree, four (4) yrs of general experience + BS is equivalent to a Master’s Degree.

Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard/migration system) and shall work with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level TMs, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented within the budget and resource constraints.
Responsible for all reporting functions to the customer. Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.

Program/Project Manager – Intermediate
Specialized experience includes: complete project development from inception to deployment, demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in the tasks similar to the sample tasks provided in the statement of work, proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources, demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts of this type and complexity. Serves as the contractor’s contract manager, and shall be the contractor’s authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Solutions Architect Participates in the analysis, design, and integration of information systems and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software. Must be well versed in understanding structured analysis and design methodologies for the translation of systems requirements from business needs.
The Solutions Architect is a very experienced architect with cross-domain, cross-functional and cross-industry expertise. He/she outlines solution architecture descriptions, then monitors and governs their implementation.
The Solutions Architect is responsible for the development of the overall vision that underlies the projected solution and transforms that vision through execution into the solution. Performs as a consultant in highly specialized, leading edge information technologies and methodologies; provides highly technical and specialized guidance concerning automated solutions to complex information processing problems; performs elaborate analyses and studies; prepares reports and gives presentations; leads medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects. The senior SME also manages the fact-finding, analysis and development of hypothesis/conclusions, production of final reports and delivery of presentations regarding complex systems or technology. Responsible for ensuring that the project delivers to government expectations on time and to budget. Expert in single or multiple technical disciplines.
