Disaster Recovery COOP Manager

Responsible for managing all data processing operations activities and staff, including computer operations, data control and operations support, in support of disaster recovery activities. Monitors performance of disaster recovery computing equipment; coordinates equipment installation and delivery schedules. Consults with personnel in other data processing sections to coordinate activities. Administers company policies that directly affect Recovery Point Objective and Recovery Time Objective. End User Services Manager

Provides end users with the technology and infrastructure required to perform their job functions.

Network Security Specialist

Responsible to propose, quote, and/or scope security information for applications and systems in distributed/mainframe and telecommunications environments.

Guides client/company control measures through security documentation, processing, and testing of access authorization levels. Provides change management of user databases, and develops/implements security policies in accordance with the requirements of Information Security Strategies. Recommends and implements Corporate Information Security Team member solutions for difficult security problems in existing and developing systems.

Provides security/systems engineering, training and on-line direction for multiple complex projects. Position could include extensive travel providing security system support.

Operations

Responsible for implementing ITIL v3 compliant service operations and management of IT infrastructure supporting a Federal agency, as well as modernization and enhancements to systems and networks. The operational environment includes 175 Unix servers hosting corporate databases and applications, 180 virtual Wintel servers supporting development and application services, over 2,500 physical workstations, and numerous other IT assets and configuration items. The Operations Manager serves as the overall operational lead over all operations personnel and tasks including disaster recovery, datacenter infrastructure, and network telecommunications. This position will maximize system and service availability and minimize unscheduled downtime of operations environment and services. The Operations Manager is responsible for direct communication with the customer, providing scheduled and ad-hoc status and service level reports of all operational activities and services, and is also responsible for incident management, problem management, request fulfillment, and continual service improvement of the operational environment.

Quality Assurance / Control Manager

Defines processes and procedures for inspecting and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of infrastructure, process, services, systems, and proposed changes. Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, audits of documentation for compliance to site specifications, testing oversight, and documentation associated with PBGC's and SAIC’s QA/QC regime. Knowledge of the system process improvement processes, reliability and statistical tools, proven client interface and presentation skills, and interpersonal skills are strongly desired. A strong knowledge of quality process methods is mandatory.

Service Desk

The Service Desk Manager is responsible for management and daily supervision of the 54,000 annual ticket Service Desk. The Service Desk is the single customer-facing point of contact that represents the Information Technology department as the service provider to its customer and users.

The Service Desk provides total ownership for incidents, problem, requests, advice, guidance and the rapid restoration of normal services to users to meet service levels and manage customer expectations in accordance with ITIL best practices and principles. Service Desk support includes the service delivery of end user support requests processed through the single point of contact (SPOC) service desk.
