Principal – A Principal has a vested interest in the success of the firm as an owner and key manager. He has process quality oversight responsibility. His role is to ensure the team is meeting its functional requirements and keeping the Owner adequately informed of progress.

Senior Facilities Expert / Sr. Physical Needs Evaluator — Performs complex facilities management and cost analyses in support of agency or installation facilities management programs. Performs site audits and assessments. Analyzes cost and operational data to identify anomalies and errors, analyzes business systems to take advantage of better practices, provides budget forecasts, and develops performance indices to help agencies minimize costs and optimize operations. Assists agencies in evaluating alternative approaches, competitive service contracts energy efficiency opportunities and other complex decisions.
