Project Manager I

Functional Responsibilities Manages relationship with client, serving as point of contact on project progress from inception to delivery. Coordinates personnel to assure they perform their jobs effectively; monitor their costs; achieve quality standards; maximize weekly billings;

and control schedules, job- related costs, and materials. Manages the successful planning, coordination, and execution of tier one projects.

Functional Responsibilities Facilitates relationship with client as either point of contact or through delegation on projects progress from inception to delivery. Supervises or delegates supervision of personnel to assure they perform their jobs effectively; manage project costs; achieve measurable standards per project, delegated to employee. Manages and oversees the successful planning, coordination, and execution of all high level portfolios.

Position requires certification within PMI standards within 1-3 years of employ. Define project success criteria and assess them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle. Acts as resource to Project Manager I.

Graphic Designer I

Functional Responsibilities Prepares design files for print and web production including creating infographics, custom illustrations, icon development. Providing file layout and correcting errors in print-ready files (e.g., missing images and fonts, color-correcting, photograph manipulation, etc.). Performs all aspects of computer based design, layout, and production for printed materials (brochures, posters, flyers, reports, magazines, etc.), electronic documents (e-newsletters, banner ads, etc.), and booth displays.

Functional Responsibilities Direct supervision of Graphic Designer I, with a thorough understanding of that job description. Supervises creative team on creative projects from concept to completion, translates customer objectives into creative strategies, and directs the company in the production of Graphic Design.

Works closely with Front End Developer in Web Site design and create process. Expert in Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, KeyNote, InDesign, PowerPoint, etc.

Interactive Media Specialist

Functional Responsibilities Plans, designs, builds, and manages web development including web-based applications, multimedia elements, and interactive animations. Creates graphic effects that enrich multimedia products including narration, 3D animation, sound effects, and progress reporting.

Functional Responsibilities Researches (through quantitative and quantitative methods), plans, and executes complex marketing, public relations, branding, strategy, media, branding, and communications projects with multiple deliverables. Strategizes, develops, writes, and edits content for a variety of print and web communication vehicles according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.

Reads from scripts and speaks into the microphone as film is being projected, timing comments to fit action portrayed. Researches, plans, writes, and edits multimedia/interactive, train-the-trainer, and instructor-led/classroom- based training programs.

Technical Writer II

Functional Responsibilities Responsible for supervising and/or performing documentation design, development, and preparation throughout the production cycle that can include: technical writing/editing, editorial consultation, copy design/editing, proofreading, or overall documentation review. Works with all levels of management, technical personnel, authors, and subject matter experts to define documentation content, guidelines, specifications, and development schedules.

Prepares required documentation in an appropriate format. Supports configuration management and quality assurance standards. Reviews and analyzes the data and user requirements to ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and valid. Confirms the adequacy of material submitted for publication or final product quality.

Functional Responsibilities Technical experience in providing instruction on commercial off-the-shelf applications (COTS), operating systems and customized software at the introductory, intermediate and advanced levels. Must have strong oral and written communications skills.

Requires knowledge of the major office suite applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database applications) used in Government IT environments. Organizes, prepares and develops materials for training sessions.

Coordinates the resources needed for training including facilities, equipment and access to the necessary software. Training sessions will be conducted for end user groups of various sizes and levels of knowledge.

Training Specialist II

Functional Responsibilities Technical experience in providing instruction on commercial off-the-shelf applications (COTS), operating systems and customized software at the introductory, intermediate and advanced levels. Must have strong oral and written communications skills.

Requires extensive knowledge of the major office suite applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database applications) used in Government IT environments. Should have a strong knowledge of the major desktop and network operating systems currently deployed in both the Government and Commercial sectors. Organizes, prepares and develops materials for training sessions.

Coordinates the resources needed for training including facilities, equipment and access to the necessary software. Training sessions will be conducted for end user groups of various sizes and levels of knowledge. Larger projects requiring customized training programs may require planning and supervision of other trainers.

Administrative Assistant

Functional Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer service, including receptionist and scheduling.
