1b. Identification of the lowest priced model number and lowest unit price for that model for each special item number awarded in the contract. This price is the Government price based on a unit of one, exclusive of any quantity/dollar volume, prompt payment, or any other concession affecting price. Those contracts that have unit prices based on the geographic location of the customer, should show the range of the lowest price, and cite the areas to which the prices apply.: See Price List

2. Maximum order: $500,000
This maximum order threshold is a dollar amount at which it is suggested that the ordering agency request higher discounts from the contractor before issuing the order. The contractor may: (1) Offer a new lower price, (2) Offer the lowest price available under the contract, or (3) Decline the order within five (5) days. In accordance with the
Maximum Order provisions contained in the Schedule, a delivery order may be placed against the Schedule contract even though it exceeds the maximum order threshold.

Labor Categoy Descriptions:
1. Systems Integrator
Minimum/General Experience five years experience. Experience with Windows 2016, Windows 2019 and various Linux operating systems and environments is required. Knowledge of X.500and LDAP, as well as some experience with high-security modules (HSMs) is also highly desirable.
Good understanding of networking and internetworking and internet protocols, as well as client-server environments. Experience with design and coding in C++, python or Java. Industry security Expertise as well as Entrust product specific expertise.
Functional Responsibility
Installs Entrust software and integrates it with third-party technologies at customer sites. Performs the onsite installation and integration of custom-developed software. Provides testing, post-installation support and knowledge transfer services to customer personnel. Works with the customer to gather requirements. Participates in developing high-level architecture and designs for the Entrust software.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a business related field.
2. Software Developer
Five years experience minimum. Experience with C, C++, Java, Java Beans, and Spring boot various Windows platforms, Linux platforms, and mobile platforms, as well as working knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, SSL and HTTPS is required. Experience with the principles of developing trusted applications and security-related systems, PKI and encryption technologies such as Bouncy
Castle and the Java Security Framework are highly desirable. Experience working in an agile software development model is highly desirable. Knowledge of English language, both written and spoken is a firm requirement. Industry security Expertise as well as Entrust product specific expertise.
Completes assigned project tasks related to the development of custom software, focusing on timeliness, cost and quality leading to a high level of customer satisfaction. Participates in the requirements analysis, detailed software design and development of custom applications or customized versions of Entrust software to provide new functionality. Uses the full line of Entrust Toolkits and other products, at a software level.

3. Security Architect
Ten years experience in requirement definition, design and analysis of systems infrastructures. Background in IT security and PKI design. Competent in all aspects of public-key cryptography including technology, policies and procedures. Several years experience designing system-level security solutions that include directory systems, PKI and smart card management systems, key management systems, authentication and authorization systems, or similar large-scale mission critical systems. Able to propose off-the-shelf and custom-developed technologies into robust, scaleable solutions. Understands PKI technology and its application and preferably have experience with three or more of: Crypto algorithms (SSH, SSL, Kerberos, PGP, VPN, OATH), secure messaging (S/MIME, PEM, MSP), directories (X.500 and LDAP), software design, networking, firewalls and routing, basic project management, and systems integration. Industry security expertise with secure system desing and architecture as well as Entrust product specific expertise.
Provides customers with support in requirements analysis, design and development of secure system architectures. Provides input and direction to developers implelenting customized solutions for specific customers. Provides customer consulting regarding policy development and compliance. May include overseeing software installations, providing training on PKI and related security technologies, and assisting customers with customization of commercial software to address specific needs. Works closely with customers and senior SIS staff to analyze customer environments and requirements, and to ensure that proposed solutions satisfy the customer’s security and business requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. A CISSP designation is highly desirable.
4. Project Manager ften years project management experience with large scale software application and enterprise wide rollouts. Experience working in an agile project management model. Experience with financial management and budget management Experience management programs involving design, development, and deployment of IT and security initiatives.
Has overall responsibility for completing assigned projects, focusing on timeliness, cost, and quality leading to a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities broadly cover the areas of customer relations, internal relations, contracts and sub-contracts management, risk management, quality management, requirements management, schedule management, financial management and project security.
Works with internal and external clients/partners to gather business requirements, document requirements, and communicate to the development team. Resource planning. Establishes overall project schedule & milestones. Ensures business commitment to schedule, especially requirements, testing, & deployment phases. Represents the team at program & release meetings.
MBA or BS in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering. PMP certification strongly desired
