However, if the construction, alteration or repair is segregable and exceeds $2,000, then the requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act apply.

The ordering activity issuing the task order against this contract will be responsible for proper administration and enforcement of the Federal labor standards covered by the Davis-Bacon Act. Product Descriptions PSSC Labs PowerWulf Beowulf Clusters PowerWulf Beowulf Clusters are scalable performance clusters based on commodity hardware, on a private system network, with open source software (Linux) infrastructure. Typical PowerWulf installations are composed of a single head node computer and one or more slave node PowerWulf computers. Performance can be improved proportionally with added PowerWulf computers. The cluster can be any of a number of PowerWulf compute nodes as simple as two networked computers each running Linux and sharing a file system or as complex as 1024 PowerWulf nodes with a high-speed, low-latency network. All PSSC Labs clusters include CBeST, the Complete Beowulf Software Toolkit.

PSSC Labs integrates and tests each cluster as a complete system including all software.

PowerWulf Cluster Consists of a single head node and one or more slave nodes, Linux OS and CBeST software.

PowerWulf Consists of a single slave node.

PowerServer Consists of a single head node.

PowerRAID Consists of a single RAID unit the is integrated with the PowerWulf Cluster.
