1. Position: Project Manager (PM)

Minimum Experience: 4 years Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed, creates project plans, maintains project objectives, reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise, identifies and resolves issues and risks, implements change practices, lead meetings and set expectations for project team.

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. 2. 12. Position: Information Assurance (IA) Specialist Minimum Experience: 5 plus years of experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, MIS, and Engineering) required.

Responsibilities: Information Assurance Certification/Training a plus. Two (2) years of demonstrated analytical skills - the ability to translate security policy statements into an understanding of security tool implementation. Understanding of FIPs compliance issues and familiarity with the DOD Public Key Infrastructure required. Functional Responsibility:

Individual will provide security architecture, policy and design guidance for business systems and networks. 13. Position: Scrum Master

Minimum Experience: 7 years of experience Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Responsibilities: Provides management of software and technology projects using the application of Agile Development practices. Demonstrates experience in the management of user stories, the prioritization of stories in a software backlog, the management of Sprint Planning, Spring Review and Sprint Retrospective activities and facilitates daily stand-up meetings of the software development team, technology experts and product owners.

Must hold the “Certified Scrum Master” or “Certified Product Owner” certification.

14. Position: Agile Coach

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Responsibilities: Demonstrates experience transforming initiatives to deliver lasting change within agencies that focus on delivering value for both internal and external user groups. Deep knowledge of DevOps objectives, e.g. automation, methodology, monitoring, etc. Knowledge of industry CI/CD tooling, e.g. Jenkins. Drive value to organization by provisioning running operations and leading larger end to end engagements through usage of innovative advanced digital technologies like Robotics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Experience on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools/technologies.
