Minimum/General Experience:

This is an entry level position. Provide administrative support specifically dedicated to the requirements of the project team. Perform a wide range of clerical and administrative duties including, typing, filing, tracking of time records, word processing and composition of correspondence. Operate spreadsheet software such as Excel to produce finished documents. Proofread completed documents. Provide copying and production support as needed. Demonstrated ability to work under only general direction.

Functional Responsibility:

Under general direction, responsible for providing administrative support functions. Coordinates projects by compiling data and preparing reports using PC skills. Plans and coordinates meetings, conferences, and employee functions.

Minimum Education:

High School, Associated Degree can substitute for 2 years of experience.
