Uses in-depth knowledge of requirements solicitation, application development, logical and physical database design and networking to create and assign duties, schedules and budget to project team members (including any subcontractors). Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production. Creates project plans according to standard software development lifecycles (SDLC) using iterative and incremental lifecycles methodologies including Agile/Scrum and PMBOK (Project Management Body Of Knowledge) guidelines.
