Function: A Senior Level Executive who has extensive expertise in IT delivery or other relevant subject matter areas. Can provide expert guidance to the project management team on complex issues in areas such as client relationship management, complex IT delivery management, organizational change management and executive facilitation.

Project Manager

Function: The IT Project Manager is responsible for the management of the IT project team and will be the primary point of contact for the customer. As such, the Project Manager is responsible for keeping the customer informed about technical progress, progress against budget, and any issues or concerns. The Project Manager will also work with the team to develop the technical solution, participate in IT technical design decisions, structure the project plan, and will be responsible for the overall SW or COTS solution development and execution of the project.

Qualifications: Minimum of six or more years in information systems consulting, Or other related services. An advanced degree may be substituted for one year of experience. A professional certification (e.g., CGFM, PMP), may be substituted for one year of experience.

IT Specialist

Function: Applies in-depth knowledge of the client’s business, organization and objectives in a problem-solving capacity. Analyzes business or systems problems where the identification of the problem is unstructured and unclear and proposes solutions for improvement. Responds to incidents, investigates violations, and recommends enhancements to plug potential security risks. Is competent in subject matter and concepts and may lead individuals assisting in the support and work.

Function: Responsible for activities such as program design, coding, testing, debugging or documentation. Has technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming and defines technical direction of project. Engages in the evaluation and installation of software, hardware, and configuration of cloud instances and services. Participates in data modeling and other data initiatives.
