11d. URGENT REQUIRMENTS:
When the Federal Supply Schedule contract delivery period does not meet the bona fide urgent delivery requirements of an ordering agency, agencies are encouraged, if time permits, to contact the Contractor for the purpose of obtaining accelerated delivery. The Contractor shall reply to the inquiry within 3 workdays after receipt. (Telephonic replies shall be confirmed by the Contractor in writing.) If the Contractor offers an accelerated delivery time acceptable to the ordering agency, any order(s) placed pursuant to the agreed upon accelerated delivery time frame shall be delivered within this shorter delivery time and in accordance with all other terms and conditions of the contract.

Labor Category: Systems Engineer
Responsibility: Design and Engineer various size projects based on experience level. Assist other Engineers with projects on as need basis. Generate final equipment list based on project requirements.
Generate Project Bid Specification packages. Generate technical drawings and documentation including;
architectural plans to reflect floor, ceiling, electrical and mechanical requirements, system wiring diagrams and equipment rack elevations, cable legend for inter area wiring, project overview, bid specs, technical scope of work, budgetary analysis, lighting requirements, acoustical requirements, HVAC requirements, wire labels. Attend site surveys and needs analysis meetings as needed. Conduct design reviews.

Minimum Education/Experience: 4-year degree from a technical institute, college or university. 5 years experience working in the audio-visual industry. 2 years working in design and engineering capacity.
General/Specialized Experience: Computer skills; AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Projection Manufacturer Lens Calculator, additional audio & video professional software. Manufacturer product training and certifications. ICIA CTS, ICIA Design School online, ICIA Facility Design & System Design.

Labor Category: Project Manager
Responsibility: Plans, organizes directs and controls project activities required for effective management of a/v installation. Supervision and execution of job build to customer satisfaction. Certification in AMX and Crestron programming.

Labor Category: Service Technician
Responsibility: Preventative maintenance and repair of wide range of AV equipment and integrated systems. Troubleshooting abilities for specialized and older systems or projects installed by various contractors with no drawings available. On site and off site repair and maintenance capabilities.
Minimum Education/Experience: Associates degree or trade school education. 3-5 years customer service experience, thorough knowledge of audio visual components.
General/Specialized Experience: Continuous training and certification from numerous manufacturers to keep track of constant changes in technologies and interactions with other products.
