2. Maximum order: Identify the maximum order amount for each SIN awarded (see Available Offerings Attachment at gsa.gov/MASCategoryRequirements) *The Maximum Order Limit (MoL) indicates the dollar value of the MoL. Under the MAS program, the MoL is set by Special Item Number (SIN) as the threshold at which a contractor should: (a) not be obligated to honor the order(s) given the volume/dollar value, and (b) expect to give additional price reductions (see 552.238-
81) given the nature of the items included under a particular SIN. This MoL also plays a part in price reductions clause compliance, as contractors are allowed to give discounts on orders that exceed the MoL to their Most Favorite Customer(MFC)/Basis of Award (BOA) Customer. The maximum order threshold does not prevent contractors from having orders that exceed the MoL.
The Maximum Order value for the following Special Item Numbers (SINs) is:

Exhibit C eCIFM ON THE GO! SOFTWARE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Product
Product Functionality
M100 - Services On The Go!
A mobile application that helps workers create work orders, report time, manage inventory, audit equipment, and perform inspections in the field, syncing all their data with IBM TRIRIGA. Technicians in the field and their supervisors in multiple industries use Services On The Go!. The mobile app helps workers in Federal, State and Local Government operations, university and K-12 maintenance teams, physical plant managers, banking staff, and other service professionals who maintain and fix equipment every day.
M200 – Requests On The Go!
Allows anyone in your organization to note problems and instantly make service requests— so you can put it in the hands of those who’ll use it the most: the people who work in the facility. Everyone from receptionists to engineers can make a request on the spot, either for problems involving large equipment such as the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, or for smaller tasks, like replacing light bulbs. Requests On The Go! gives employees the ability to take immediate action at the first sign of anything amiss, increasing the likelihood they’ll act swiftly to report potential problems instead of waiting until they become bigger issues.
M300 – Inspections On The Go!
The application is a convenient way to perform inspections and record data gathered during field inspections and full facility audits. Inspectors streamline the process by taking the app with them and syncing the data they collect automatically back to TRIRIGA. This yields the information that decision-makers need to make effective, efficient asset management decisions. Inspectors can audit the usage of space and note issues down to the individual asset level, all driven by parameters and requirements customized by you for your unique asset portfolio. Streamlining processes and organizing data helps reduce costs, while your inspectors and auditors help you build a case for getting that deferred maintenance budget.
M400 – Projects On The Go!
Helps project managers access and use data from the full desktop version via mobile devices at the worksite. Mobile app users can also provide project status back to the central TRIRIGA database, resulting in better data—and better data-driven decisions—for all users.
Giving users ready access to a better supply of data makes Projects On The Go! perfect for project managers with capital projects. From within the app, they can see all vendor contacts and project items requiring approval. Users may review documents such as drawings, permits, manuals and specifications, as well as project budget, schedule and contract details. Having a mobile app for reporting and budgeting allows users the freedom to conduct work on capital projects from within the field.
M500 – Inventory On The Go!
Inventory On The Go! mobile app focuses on product inventories. The app extends IBM TRIRIGA beyond the desktop and lets your personnel visually inspect goods on the shelf. Recording findings on the spot increases accuracy, which can uncover potentially costly discrepancies. Inventory On The Go! gives you immediate access to the most current data, helping you make the best pricing, distribution and product ordering decisions.
M600 – Approvals On The Go!
Designed for managers who need items approved, clarified or redirected. With Approvals On The Go!, information about approvals is transferred back and forth seamlessly between IBM TRIRIGA and mobile devices. With Approvals On The Go!, you can use the app offline to work on the most recently updated version of task approvals, then sync upon exit when you reconnect.
The app will keep the data straight—no need to worry about someone else working on the same task and overwriting your data while you’re offline. Approvals On The Go! is platform-agnostic. It works on both iPads and Android tablets and with any version of IBM TRIRIGA 10.x, regardless of who installed or implemented it. Moreover, it has online and offline work modes, so you can keep the approval process moving at any and all times.
M700 – Supervisor On The Go!
Eliminates the need to wait for a Supervisor to authorize changes by ensuring that all the information required for staff resource scheduling is in one place.
Supervisor On The Go! allows supervisors to manage their team’s schedule and assignments. Supervisors can review, schedule and assign or reassign any Work Orders to effectively streamline the work process and resource planning. Supervisor On The Go! ensures your team’s management is handled effectively and in a timely manner. Also platform agnostic.
M800 – Space On The Go!
Space audit teams will now have a mobile tool to quickly document which space is truly vacant, who is located in a particular space, which organizations are allocated to the space and then upload the latest information to your TRIRIGA system. With floor plans accessible in their mobile device, your team’s efficiency is increased and errors are decreased. Duplicate manual data entry is eliminated, as is redlining of floor plans. Attaching a photo of a space is easy: users can simply use the mobile device built in camera and save it to the record as well. Space On The Go! automatically loads the assigned space survey work tasks for each person doing surveys, provides the buildings, floors, space and asset information they need and then updates the TRIRIGA database in real time or after appropriate approvals. Whatever your preferences, you’ll be able to use Space On The Go! to improve your workflows.
M-900 – On the Go! Software Maintenance
Software maintenance services creates, designs, implements, and/or integrates customized changes to software that solve one or more problems and is not included with the price of the software. Software maintenance services includes person-to-person communications regardless of the medium used to communicate: telephone support, online technical support, customized support, and/or technical expertise.
