Due to the availability or limitation of education, occasionally substitution of experience as referenced below for a professional labor type with additional years of experience will be provided to the Federal Agency when responding to their IT requirements and it is solely the acquiring agency’s determination, if the substitution is considered acceptable prior to an award.

Administrative Assistant I:

Functional Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, department or another group in an Information Technology organization. Collects, reviews and analyzes technical data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials. Responds to or routes routine program inquiries from external or internal sources with own correspondence or other messaging. Schedules and coordinates technology meetings, travel, and other group activities. May be responsible for creating technical reports and distributing on a regular schedule. Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills. Typically reports to a technical supervisor or manager. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision.

Experience:

2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant Education:
