Note 2: Offerors and Agencies are advised that the Group 70 – Information Technology Schedule is not to be used as a means to procure services which properly fall under the Brooks Act. These services include, but are not limited to, architectural, engineering, mapping, cartographic production, remote sensing, geographic information systems, and related services. FAR 36.6 distinguishes between mapping services of an A/E nature and mapping services which are not connected nor incidental to the traditionally accepted A/E Services.

APPLICABLE TO ALL SPECIAL ITEM NUMBER (SINs)
1a. Table of awarded special item number(s) with appropriate cross-reference to item descriptions and awarded price(s). See pricing charts on pages 22 and 24.
1b. Identification of the lowest priced model number and lowest unit price for that model for each special item number awarded in the contract. This price is the Government price based on a unit of one, exclusive of any quantity/dollar volume, prompt payment, or any other concession affecting price. | Functional Responsibility & Experience: The position provides technical oversight for projects such as computer applications, systems development, facilities management, network operations, and engineering studies and ensures that the program is executed on schedule and within budget. The Project/Program Manager I also provide expert functional and management guidance to the project and meets regularly with client and program managers to discuss program status and resolve related issues. Experience: Requires two years of project experience that provides the required knowledge and skills for technical management and three years of general technology experience. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related engineering, business, information systems, computer science, physical science, professional or technical field, or relevant technical certification from an accredited technical school. |

| Functional Responsibility & Experience: The Program/Project Manager II provides business, financial, technical and personnel management for projects such as computer applications, systems development, facilities management, network operations, and engineering studies. This position has overall management authority for a program or project and is the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO) or the Contracting Officer's representative. The Program Manager meets periodically with program management to review the quality of services being provided, ensure services meet expectations, and address any contract issues. | Information Assurance Specialist |
| Functional Responsibility & Experience: The Information Assurance Specialist (IAS) is knowledgeable in several aspects of computer technology including computer network design and infrastructure. In creating or working with a network design (local or wide area networks), the IAS analyzes business needs and objectives of the client organization and evaluates cryptography as included as a part of the information technology security design. IA specialists are knowledgeable in intrusion detection and control, understanding how to inspect all inbound and outbound network activity to identify suspicious patterns that may indicate someone is attempting to break into or compromise a computer system. IA Specialists understand how to implement and manage user authorization and authentication, plan for and manage an organization's data integrity and recovery processes, evaluate systems for bugs or viruses, and participate in the disaster planning and recovery processes. Participate in organizational functions of creating a security policy for the organization and making sure that people within the organization adhere to it has familiarity with national and state laws that regulate privacy concerns and electronic commerce. Consults with and advises users on access, works directly with users to resolve data conflicts and inappropriate data usage, and directs the maintenance and use of the enterprise architecture encyclopedia. Consults with SA programming personnel to resolve system performance issues. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of SA. Implements application enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the application. Works with network engineers to schedule installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. Responsible for file maintenance, control, and product support and facilitates change control, problem management, and communication among architects, engineers, and analysts.
