CORPORATE OVERVIEW

Mobilis Technologies LLC was incorporated as a small business in 2002. Our primary focus is the delivery of high quality, scalable workflow solutions using Global 360’s Process360 (formerly known as ViewStar) product. The Mobilis management team of David Mudd and Jake Hanson has been implementing Process360 solutions since 1993. During this time, they have delivered some of Process360’s better-known implementations to include: Halifax (largest Process360 implementation to-date), Capital One Bank (one of Process360’s largest web implementations), and Sprint PCS (first stateless, web-based workflow). From this experience Mobilis has created a project methodology which ensures that any solution we provide will fully address customer goals. This methodology is composed of the following cornerstones:

· Learn Your Business/Environment – Mobilis consultants take the time to learn the customer’s environment and line of business. This enables us to deliver an optimal solution based on your direct input and our past experience.

· Functional Requirements/Detailed Design – Mobilis firmly believes in the value of producing functional requirement and detailed design documents for each project. These documents provide a clear definition of the business problems/ issues to be resolved and the functionality to be delivered.

· Business Scenarios – Mobilis employs business scenarios to ensure our system design fully addresses customer goals. This unique approach assists in validating the system design as well putting it in terms end-users can clearly understand by citing specific customer business cases (scenarios) which the workflow will manage.

· Create Workflow/Application Foundation – System design for a major investment in workflow technology must meet current customer needs, as well as any future demands or requirements which may arise. Mobilis takes great care in laying the foundation of the introductory system; from the workflow components and custom tasks, to the reusable application-framework which we have developed. This framework enables Mobilis and its customers to rapidly build either browser-based or thick-client applications using Process360’s EBPI technology. The web version of the Mobilis framework is stateless, an important feature for customers that require scalable, fault tolerant systems, and want to load-balance work across multiple web servers.

· Reporting - A key component of the Mobilis workflow foundation is the reporting metrics. One of the primary benefits of a workflow system from a managerial standpoint is the amount of data that can be collected and reported from a properly designed system. Mobilis has developed a proven methodology for collecting employee performance and business process related information.

· Knowledge Transfer – As with any mission-critical system, it is vital that customer personnel be trained and in place to help support and extend the system once it is in production. Mobilis works closely with MIS staff and end-users throughout each project life cycle to ensure that they are fully prepared for the new environment.

· Production Readiness – Many workflow implementations fail, not because they were poorly designed, but because the environment into which they were introduced could not adequately support the new technology. Mobilis works closely with LAN and MIS staff to ensure that the network and other critical infrastructure components, such as file and database servers, will be able to support the anticipated increase in data flow.

In addition to Process360 implementation and enhancement, we also provide business analyst support and both desktop and web-based application development (specializing in .Net application development), on-going system administration/support, database development, project management, training, and system documentation services for our customers.

In summary, Mobilis is confident that we have the experience to completely satisfy any need a customer may have regarding their Process360 system, as well as, any other business problem they may have us address.
