Uncompensated Overtime

EXCEED will award compensatory time to employees on contracts that require overtime, contain a compensatory time provision, or when authorized by the client.

Web Director/Principal

Determines the look-and-feel of the entire site. Creates original graphics and icons for use on the site. Implements the web design parameters, style guides and visual standards. Establishes and produces graphic material for use in advertising and promotion of online services and products. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of exempt and nonexempt employees. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Client/Server Programmer II /Sr. Consultant

Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's client/server software applications. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

General Clerk III/Administrative Assistant

This position requires some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. The General Clerk

III selects from alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures. Typical duties include: assisting in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records;
