CUSTOMER INFORMATION: The following information should be placed under this heading in consecutively numbered paragraphs in the sequence set forth below. If this information is placed in another part of the Federal Supply Schedule Price List, a table of contents must be shown on the cover page that refers to the exact location of the information.

1a. Special Item No 518210C – Cloud Related IT Professional Services.

Special Item No OLM – (Order-Level Materials) – Order-Level Materials are supplies and/or services acquired in direct support of individual task or delivery order placed against a Schedule contract or BPA. OLM pricing is not established at the Schedule contract or BPA level, but at the order level.

OLMs are Purchased under the authority of the FSS Program, Unknown until an order is placed, Only authorized for use in direct support of another awarded SIN, Only authorized for inclusion at the order level under a Time-and-Materials (T&M) or Labor-Hour (LH) Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), OLMs are not open-market items, OLMs are not awarded under ancillary supplies/services or other direct cost (ODC) SINs (these items are defined, priced, and awarded at the FSS contract level).

The Order-Level Materials SIN is only authorized for use in direct support of another awarded SIN, Price analysis for OLMs is not conducted when awarding the FSS contract or FSS BPA, Order-Level Materials SIN must be inclusive of the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF).

2. Maximum order: $500,000. For OLM’s, the maximum order is $250,000 and the cumulative value of OLMs in an individual task or delivery order cannot exceed 33.33% of the total value of the order.

Geographic coverage (delivery area): Domestic delivery is delivery within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Washington, DC, and U.S.

Territories. Domestic delivery also includes a port or consolidation point, within the aforementioned areas, for orders received from overseas activities.

Overseas delivery is delivery to points outside of the 48 contiguous states, Washington, DC, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories.

The Geographic Scope of Contract will be domestic and overseas delivery.

DESCRIPTION OF CLOUD COMPUTING SERVICES AND PRICING

FOR SIN 518210C

Intermediate Cloud Network Engineer

Minimum Experience: 4 Years.

Functional Duties: Assist with the development, design, and configuration of cloud and on- premises network infrastructure, LAN, and WAN. Provides tier 4 support and network disaster recovery expertise.

Test and document system behavior, performance, and security. Plan, design, and troubleshoot local and wide area network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, switches, gateways, DNS servers, DHCP servers, clustering solutions, and related hardware, software, and services.

Minimum Education: B.S. in related IT Field or M.S. with 2 years’ experience or an Associates with 6 years’ experience.

Intermediate Cloud Systems Administrator Minimum

Experience: 4 Years.

Functional Duties: Manages instances of cloud infrastructure services and the multiple cloud servers. Oversee, and maintain multiuser computing environment as per requirements. Implement and manage the systems that comprise the underlying cloud platform. This professional assists in setting up public or private cloud systems. They have to learn how to balance workload and deploy them in an automated way. The individual will monitor and alter the systems as per the prescribed methodology as well as establish and execute the cloud operations as per the requirements.

Minimum Education: B.S. in related IT Field or M.S. with 2 years’ experience or an Associates with 6 years’ experience.

Cloud Project Manager

Minimum Experience: 5 Years.

Functional Duties: The Cloud Project Manager implements, plans schedules, and ensure performance of cloud projects. Organizes and direct s al l cloud personnel, contracts, and materials for the performance of as signed professional cloud serv ice migration or implementation. Provide s primary interface and leadership for the successful cloud implementation of contracted projects to achieve customer goals.

Functional Duties: The Cloud Technical Architect 1 provides thought leadership related to current and future customer plans about the stated cloud information technology governance/management.

The Cloud Technical Architect 1 have experience in designing or implementing complex cloud system s and information architecture solutions for information technology. The Cloud Technical Architect 1 designs cloud architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross- functional requirements and interfaces, assessing cloud solutions, refactoring workloads for cloud solutions, migrating legacy or other systems to cloud solution s. Cloud Developer I

Minimum Experience: 1 Year.

Functional Duties: The Cloud Developer I provides computer systems programming, technical support and consulting for cloud computing application s support using specific tools relative to the application and technical environment being utilized. Apply expertise in programming in support of such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service ( PaaS), and Software as a Serv ice ( SaaS) and e merging cloud computing services procedures to analyze, de sign, create or modify cloud programs based on and related to system design specifications or operating system s. Creates project plans to achieve performance-based objectives, enhancing cloud implementation, systems, and service.
