Labor Descriptions

Project Manager Minimum 6 Years’ Experience Minimum education: High School Graduate White collar manager involved with the project from the onset: survey, pricing, presentations, determining the crew and assigning the supervision for the project. Will attend all customer related meeting throughout the project and is the liaison between the client and Collins Brothers' labor. Responsible for the overall success and customer satisfaction of the project.

Supervisor Minimum 4 Years’ Experience Minimum education: High School Graduate Responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the project from marking and tagging to packing, delivery, installation and supervision of all manpower assigned. Responsible for the project being completed on time in a professional manner. Reports directly to the Project Manager.

Installer Minimum 5 Years’ Experience Minimum education: High School Graduate.

Work related trade school a plus.

Responsible for all work requiring disassembly, reassembly, removal and reattachment of product from walls. Must be able to read, analyze and understand work plans, blueprints and installation instructions. Responsible for installation services being provided in a professional, damage free and within the allocated time frame. Reports to the Supervisor and/or the Project Manager

Mover Minimum experience: 0 Years’ Experience Minimum education: High School Graduate - Passing in-house Collins Brothers’ training programs. Prior experience a plus.

Must be able to pack fragile items in such a way as to maintain a low claims ratio of less than 1 percent. Must be able to determine appropriate cartons to use. Must make sure all cartons are labeled and identified. Reports directly to the Supervisor.

Packer Minimum experience: 0 Years’ Experience Minimum education: High School Graduate - Passing in-house Collins Brothers’ training programs. Prior experience a plus.

Must be able to pack fragile items in such a way as to maintain a low claims ratio of less than 1 percent. Must be able to determine appropriate cartons to use. Must make sure all cartons are labeled and identified. Reports directly to the Supervisor.

Warehouseman Minimum experience: 0 Years’ Experience Minimum education: High School Graduate - Passing in-house Collins Brothers’ training programs.

Should be able to lift a minimum of 150 pounds and press above the head a minimum of 100 pounds. Job averages 80 percent of time is spent standing, bending, stretching, lifting and carrying. Have the ability to follow directions and work in a professional, damage free manner. Reports directly to the Supervisor.
