Non-overnight over-the-road motor coach pricing will be based at the higher of: a) Minimum plus additional hourly rate for the region OR b) Mileage unit price multiplied by total miles.
Overnight over-the-road motor coach pricing will be based at the higher of: a) Day rate for the region; Or, b) Mileage unit price multiplied by total miles
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
· Further discounts may be available based on time of travel, quantity of vehicles ordered, or location of service.
· Above prices are inclusive except for any additional related costs such as parking, tolls, entrance fees, gratuities, and any overnight hotel and per diem costs.
· If the price of fuel exceeds $4.10/gallon in a region a 5% fuel surcharge on total equipment costs will apply

Coach and Driver A coach in use for one day. A day is defined as any standard 24-hour day in which a motor coach is in use for 3 or more hours. A coach’s billing time begins at the time of departure from its home base to the time it arrives back at the home base.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Motor Coach and Driver pricing includes the following:
· Driver and vehicle costs
· Driver meals and lodging
· Fuel
· All travel costs associated with delivery of these services is included in the fixed price Bus Day rate herein or provided by the government and will not be billed separately.
Motor Coach and Driver cancellation policy:
· BusBank requires a 72-hour cancellation notification prior to deployment
· BusBank requires a 24-hour cancellation notification after the minimum has been met
BusBank’ pricing is based on one motor coach in use for one bus day. A bus day is defined as any standard 24-hour day in which a motor coach is in use for 3 or more hours. A motor coach is defined as being in use from the time of departure from its home base to the time it arrives back at the home base.
The minimum order is 20 motor coaches, and the minimum service period is 4 days for each motor coach ordered.
Global Charter Services, dba The BusBank Pricing for Disaster Recovery Purchasing
BusBank has provided the following limitations and constraints based on the unique requirements associated with Disaster Recovery.
Limitations:
· BusBank reserves the right to ensure the ordering entity has the adequate funds which are allocated to pay for the services ordered.
· Orders will be accepted in writing only by mail, fax, or email.
· BusBank reserves the right to refuse any task order for emergency evacuation charter bus services.
· Acceptance of any orders will require immediate payment for one bus day of service per vehicle. BusBank will continue to invoice in one week intervals with payment due upon receipt.
Constraints:
· Motor coach evacuation must cease with the onset of tropical storm-force winds.
· Up to two small pets (under 20 pounds) will be permitted aboard each bus provided they are in appropriate carriers and remain in the possession of the passenger. Pets cannot be placed in baggage, overhead storage spaces or in the aisles. Passengers will be responsible for all pet care.
· The distance between pick-up locations and drop-off locations is limited to no more than 300 miles.
· Sufficient security procedures need to be in place before motor coaches will be allowed to operate in certain areas.
· BusBank must be notified at the task order level of any credentialing requirements for the drivers, as well as any required identification information for the vehicles, to participate in the disaster recovery.
· BusBank cannot guarantee the number of ADA equipped vehicles as they are not readily available, but will seek to provide a minimum of 5% ADA compliant coaches of the total number of coaches required, provided that such ADA compliant coaches are available.
· The evacuations of medical patients at hospitals, nursing homes, or special-needs facilities cannot be serviced under this contract.
· The evacuation of incarcerated persons cannot be serviced under this contract.
· Baggage is restricted to two carry-on pieces per person, both of which must fit either in the overhead compartment of under the seat.
· Transportation of oxygen containers must be in compliance of the rules established and published by the DOT-FMCSA.
