Project Manager

Qualify the scope of the project through site interview based evaluation of the customer’s needs, functional requirements, timeline, budget and service support requirements.

Visit customer site to evaluate the feasibility of the various space plans.

Ensure the accuracy of the customer site dimensions by arranging for, or personally engaging in site survey measurements.

Actively assist in establishing realistic customer expectations regarding the scope of service, products, pricing and change management.

Supervise the development of accurate floor plans detailing the layout of the proposed workstations, offices, conference rooms and peripheral unit as proposed within the customer site.

Have a minimum of eight years’ experience in the field of project management contract furniture and reconfiguration and relocation experience.

Assist in establishing customer expectations regarding design and installation as part of the contract compared to incremental cost involved with significant change order activity.

Complete the project installation documentation, confirming the absolute accuracy of floor plans and specifications.

Coordinate the project activity to ensure timely and accurate ordering of products from the vendors, acknowledgement of shipping dates, scheduling of installation activity and continuous updates to the customer and related issues.

Manage project problems and create solutions to deliver customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Have a minimum of five years’ experience in the field of project management, contract furniture and reconfiguration and relocation experience.

Actively participate in pre-install meetings, ensuring all parties (i.e. Design/PM, Project Administrator, Purchasing and Installation) are in agreement regarding installation set-up, product delivery, warehousing (if necessary), staging, site access, installation process flow and the impact of last minute adjustments.

Develop project punch list through client walk through of project installation Insure completion of punch list through final client sign-off.

Interior Designer

Create preliminary block drawings, alternative space plans and configurations to provide alternative workspace designs to the customer.

Complete the final floor plan and specification list, ensuring detailed audits to ensure that model numbers and product counts are accurate.

Develop formal proposals in response to customer’s needs, priorities and budgetary limitations based upon design, specifications and quotations from installation and related supporting documentation.

Initiate and maintain communications to ensure receipt of all change orders and customer requested changes. Aggressively support project management and installation services in controlling the volume and scope of changes after contract acceptance.

Provide timely and accurate revisions to floor plans and specifications to the Project Manager and Installation Manager to insure that customer change orders are acted upon through vendors and installation.

Have a minimum of twelve years’ experience in design, project management relocation and reconfiguration. Have a NCIDQ Certification.

Provide the Installation Manager with installation drawings. As-built drawings and related diagrams to support the construction process.

Create timely, complete, accurate product specifications identifying the model number and quantity and description of all products ordered. Assist the Project Manager in project punch list completion.

Have a minimum of four years’ experience in design, project management relocation and reconfiguration. Have a NCIDQ Certification.

Lead Installer

Provide leadership and direction to the installation team for project installation, reconfiguration and relocations. The Lead Installer must have creative skills to resolve issues that occur on the job.

Must possess excellent communication skills to communicate to the installation team, design team and end user

Monitor the status of product deliveries (shortages, freight damage and/or shipping delays) and the installation process.

Ensure ongoing communications with the customer and the installation team regarding changes.

Identify and initiate action to resolve punch list items as expeditious as possible during the installation process.

Have a minimum of ten years’ experience in project management, relocation and reconfigurations of contract office furniture.

Installer

Perform assembly and disassembly of systems and case good furniture at the direction of the Lead Installer.

Installer/Mover will receive new product deliveries; unload the product into the project space.

Move furniture as required, move boxes and equipment.

Have a minimum of three years’ experience in relocation and reconfigurations of contract office furniture.
