15. WARRANTY PROVISION: AEL guarantees that its testing services are performed by utilizing certifiable methodologies recognized by industry. AEL does not warrant its test results will be “the desired” result by the customer. Rather, the tests are “as is.” AEL makes no expressed or implied warranties for the results unless there is an instrument malfunction, a technician error, or some fault directly attributable to AEL.

SERVICE INFORMATION
LABOR AND EQUIPMENT
Advanced Environmental Laboratories offers sampling services in conjunction with all analytical requests. Our sampling technicians are fully trained and OHSA certified for hazardous waste sites. Specialties include groundwater-monitoring, soil coring to depths of 6 feet and automated effluent sampling. Sample pick-up is also available on a prearranged basis all throughout the State of Florida. Hourly rates for field technicians include standard pumps, field meters, and gauges required to perform project, but do not include consumables such as bailers, tubing, and non-reusable field test kits.
> Labor = $59.44 per hour (minimum one hour; travel shall be in accordance with JTR and negotiated on a job specific basis with the ordering office.
TURNAROUND TIMES / RUSH FEES
All pricing is based standard 7-10 working day turnaround. All RUSH projects must be scheduled with the lab in advance. The following is an outline for expedited fees:

Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) and Chromatograms (RAW Data) can be provided to clients by scheduled request. Pricing for EDDs and RAW Data are negotiable on a specific project basis.
SAMPLE CONTAINERS
Sample containers, preservatives, and shipping vessels are provided at no cost. Bottle kits will be shipped at no cost to any designation you desire with a one-week notice via common carrier. Rush shipments will be billed at cost to the client.
