Corporate Experience. Founded in 1947, Courtesy has grown to a firm of 40 employees with a combined total of over 210 years of experience‐‐‐one of the largest and most experienced staff in our industry. We have served the Federal Government since 1962 and provided services similar to those in the Statement of Work to 20 Government agencies, including NIH (since 1973), the US Public Health Service (since 1974), the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Veteran Affairs, Department of Agriculture, and 13 other Government Departments and Agencies.
Specialists in Our Line of Business. Our core business is providing conference support, administrative, and travel support services to NIH and other clients. While such services may be only part of what other firms do, they constitute ALL of what Courtesy does. Assisted thousands of clients with complex national and international travel itineraries, ticketing, ground transportation, and a myriad of details associated with travel arrangements, with the assistance of our in‐house travel agency, Courtesy Travel Service (CTS)
Provided VIP travel services including, but not limited to VIP sedan transfers, escorting international meeting delegates and non‐English speaking delegates, or arranging for specialized escort services for high ranking international officials
Planned international meetings that require simultaneous translations into several languages, and transcription services
Worked with over 75,000 scientists and doctors on multi‐year contracts with NIH to provide international exchange program management
Planned and managed over 13,000 meetings and conferences for 12‐12,000 attendees each, throughout the U.S. and abroad

27. The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this contract and as it applies to the entire 00CORP The Professional Services Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29CRF 5413.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCA eligible labor categories. If and/or when the Contractor adds SCA labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the Contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCA labor category titles and applicable wage determination (WD) number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.

PROGRAM MANAGER
Commercial Job Title: President, Courtesy Associates Experience: 30+ years experience leading marketing, media, and public information efforts for 40‐person staff and 25 years experience in government contracting.
Education: Bachelors of Arts Responsibilities:
Implement corporate vision, mission, goals, policies, strategic direction.
Direct supervision/appraisals of direct reports.
Provide staff/financial resources.
Ensure Contractual/Government regulations compliance
Assume ultimate responsibilities for company operations, contract, performance, completion of work products on time and within budget.
Ensure client satisfaction.
Make decisions about pricing, labor rates.
Ensure staff receives appropriate training.
Generate leads, and participate in sales calls as needed.

Commercial Job Title: Accounting Manager Experience: 15+ years experience managing financial records transactions, accounts with through knowledge of government contract reporting requirements, FAR, subcontracting procedures, overhead justifications, DCAA record keeping and reporting requirements.
Education: Bachelors of Arts Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions for reporting to management and clients.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and budgets for use by government.
Establish and audit all internal financial controls, including purchasing, billing, cash receipts and disbursements, fixed assets, and personnel time records.
Prepare and review monthly invoices for two major government contracts totaling 300 to 400 pages of detail information.
Ensure adherence to all Government contracting, billing, and reporting requirements.
Create management reports to assist in tracking performance standards and profitability in all phases of the company’s operations.
Ensure adequate cash is available to finance projects and accomplish management’s objectives.

Manage team of Government Project Coordinators working with all government agencies.
Interface directly with Project Officers at government agencies.
Monitor government contracts’ goals, schedules, special requirements
Recommend, hire, supervise and train government program coordinators.
Specific day‐to‐day responsibilities for largest corporate government contracts.
Perform day‐to‐day work on various Task Orders for large contracts.
Oversee development of marketing strategies and promotional and other materials prepared by Government team members.

Commercial Job Title: Government Programs Coordinator Experience: Minimum of 2 – 3 years of business experience, preferably on Government contracts Education: Bachelor of Arts Responsibilities:
Meet with Project Officers to discuss program goals, schedules, and requirements.
Manage meetings of from 4 –1,000 attendees and concurrently assist with logistics for up to 15 simultaneous Task Orders.
Develop program marketing strategies.
Provide promotional guidance/advice and manage development/printing of marketing materials.
Contribute to database of vendors, and monitor service quality/rates for vendors (interpreters, hotels, security, audiovisual, ad agencies, etc.).
Prepare public information products, media campaigns, and publicity packages.

Perform market/competitive research as needed.
Work with clients on press/public relations support.
Assist with marketing promotional materials, web research, implementation of marketing plans, direct mail, broadcast e‐mails, PSAs, press releases, women’s groups, etc.

Commercial Job Title: Administrative Assistant Experience: 1 – 2 years business experience, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and other software Education: Some college preferred, computer proficiency, knowledge of MS Windows, general word processing skills.
Responsibilities:
Support Assistant Program Manager by performing all logistical, mailing, registration, phone/FAX and record maintenance tasks, as required.
Assist with the coordination of all aspects of meeting planning, marketing and other activities for a variety of clients.
Process payments/forms for registration, exhibits booth applications, other documents and records.
Provide assistance with vendors.
Maintain files on multiple projects simultaneously.
Work with several Assistant Program Managers, clients, and meetings simultaneously.
Commercial Job Title: Database Development and Oversight/ISD Liaison Experience: High school diploma required, college degree preferred. Minimum of 1 –2 years in database management. Excellent PC/software skills (MS Office, Windows, etc.), high‐speed (60+ wpm) data entry.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Responsibilities:
Provide support to 40‐person staff via MS Access, Excel, Word/WordPerfect, and other ISD resources.
Develop functional relational databases, queries and reports.
Schedule and follow‐up with Assistant Program Managers to obtain database needs and deadlines
Create and maintain calendar of regularly scheduled reports or other deliverables.
Meet deadlines for processing incoming information (registrations, abstracts, etc.).
Provide weekly updates on week’s deliverables and status, showing who is working on each task.
