Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and
29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCA eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCA labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCA labor category titles and the applicable wage determination number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.

Senior Systems Advisor I Experience — Extensive experience in system definition and integration management, technical assessment consultation, hardware and software integration, pilot service operational support, and fielding support.
Specialized Duties — Recognized as industry/military expert in translating a system (or subsystem, program, project and activity) concept into a preliminary and detailed design (engineering plans and specifications); performing system and subsystem trades; risk identification, analysis and mitigation; traceability and integrating the various components to produce a working prototype or model of the system. Associated tasks include performance trade studies, design studies and analysis, high-level detailed specification preparation, configuration management, and assembly and simulation.
Education and Experience — Must have a PhD with 25 years experience OR a Masters with 30 years experience.

Senior Program Manager IIA

Specialized Duties — Manages, directs and controls all aspects of a designated contract task including fiscal, technical and programmatic. Coordinates and reviews the technical and programmatic effort of engineering and administrative personnel assigned to the task. Acts as primary interface with the customer. Experience — Extensive experience and responsibility in DoD engineering or scientific specialties.
Specialized Duties — Performs as an engineering or scientific expert in a relevant technical field in support of DoD programs and subprograms and/or other government agencies. Recognized by technical community as an expert in specialty area. Utilizes scientific expertise to define and resolve complex systems engineering, systems integration, system test and evaluation issues. Prepares and presents recommendations for implementation.
Education and Experience — Must have a Ph.D. and 30 years experience.
Program Manager I
Experience — Considerable responsibility and experience in managing complex technical or engineering efforts involving numerous engineering disciplines.
Specialized Duties — Manages, directs and controls all aspects of a designated contract task including fiscal, technical and programmatic.
