Responsibilities: Supports senior members with day-to-day work. Develops media lists and pitches to media. Develops knowledge of client industry.

Account Executive I Minimum Experience: 1 year Education: This position requires a bachelor’s degree from a four-year educational institution.

Responsibilities: Provides support to the account team, assisting in media relations, event logistics, and basic research. Coordinates distribution of client materials and vendor relationships. Coordinates event logistics surrounding press events, media launches, or other special events. Conducts secondary research and maintains media lists. Must have strong writing and verbal skills, excellent organizational skills, and a basic understanding of public relations tactics.

Account Executive II Minimum Experience: 2 years Education: This position requires a bachelor’s degree from a four-year educational institution.

Responsibilities: Supports senior-level staff in managing accounts. May supervise account assistants, fellows, and/or interns. Develops knowledge of clients and their respective industries to anticipate clients’ needs. Supervises and assists in media list development. Deputy Project Director II Minimum Experience: 6 years Education: This position requires a bachelor’s degree from a four-year educational institution.

Responsibilities: Manages the day-to-day activities of an account with support from the account team. Provides guidance, problem solving, and evaluation to existing accounts. Supervises and mentors junior staff. Demonstrates ability to think strategically. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
