The Contractor shall reply to the inquiry within 3 workdays after receipt. (Telephonic replies shall be confirmed by the Contractor in writing.) If the Contractor offers an accelerated delivery time acceptable to the ordering activity, any order(s) placed pursuant to the agreed upon accelerated delivery time frame shall be delivered within this shorter delivery time and in accordance with all other terms and conditions of the contract.

Labor Category Descriptions
Superintendent Minimum Years of Experience Required: Must have a minimum of 8 years experience Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for the supervision of day to day operations of company projects. Supervises a team of technicians. Plans, organizes, schedules, supervises and inspects single or multiple projects where the work of the technicians is engaged in all services of the project. The Superintendent will maintain constant communication with the subcontractors as well as the Project Manager in order to ensure that the project proceeds in accordance with our high standards of quality, timeliness, and safety.
Minimum Years of Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree Any certifications required: None
Project Manager Minimum Years of Experience Required: Must have a minimum of 10 years experience Functional Responsibilities: Reports to Superintendent. Responsible for the management of individual contract orders. Provides overall project direction. Prepares budget and project estimates. Ensures conformance with regulatory requirements. Coordinates site specific work efforts.
Minimum Years of Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree Any certifications required: None
HVAC Technician Minimum Years of Experience Required: Must have 10 years of experience Functional Responsibilities: Assists in monitoring the work of lower level HVAC mechanics by providing instruction and training, serving as information resource and reviewing completed projects. Monitors and inspects heating and cooling systems to ensure continued proper operation. Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer. Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
