Including, but not limited to, developing, executing, and reporting on audit plans and/or performing energy and water audit services. Energy audits may range from cursory to comprehensive. Including, but not limited to data collection, data analysis, benchmarking with tools such as Energy Star, and written recommendations of suggested upgrades of electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including their impact on energy consumption and pollution can include recommendations for using alternative Energy Sources. Audit services can include computerized control systems using analytical software and a network of electronic devices to assist Federal agencies with achieving energy conservation goals. Energy efficient buildings certification programs such as LEED may be included.

Special Item Number: OLM

Order-Level Materials are supplies and/or services acquired in direct support of individual task or delivery order placed against a Schedule contract or BPA. OLM pricing is not established at the Schedule contract or BPA level, but at the order level. Title: Managing Principal

Education/General Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, registered Professional Engineer, 10 years minimum engineering experience in the related discipline. Majority shareholder in the company.

Responsibility: Manages the company. Supports all employees in the task of engineering and design. Where necessary, performs design and calculations to support projects. Performs Energy Audits on Buildings to identify energy savings opportunities and to identify engineering needs. Provides leadership on projects and in interaction with customers.

Title: Principal

Education/General Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, registered Professional Engineer, 7 years minimum engineering experience in the related discipline. Is a stock owner in the company and has demonstrated exceptional skill and knowledge in their discipline.

Responsibility: Provides engineering on projects utilizing CADD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other specialty engineering software. Runs calculations that support design and performs design for Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing. Manages a team of engineers on energy and/or design projects. Performs Energy Audits on Buildings to identify energy savings opportunities and to identify engineering needs.

Title: Senior Professional Engineer

Education/General Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, registered Professional Engineer, 7 years minimum engineering experience in the related discipline.

Title: Engineer IV

Education/General Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 4 years minimum engineering experience in the related discipline.

Responsibility: Provides engineering on projects utilizing CADD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other specialty engineering software. Title: Engineer I

Education/General Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 1 year minimum engineering experience in the related discipline.

Responsibility: Provides engineering on projects utilizing CADD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other specialty engineering software. Runs calculations that support design and performs design for Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing.

Title: Co-Op Engineer

Education/General Experience: High School diploma, minimum 2 years of engineering training at an accredited university

Responsibility: Assists engineers with CADD design, spreadsheets, reporting and other general tasks related to the engineering process.

Title: Contracts Manager

Education/General Experience: Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 5 years contracts experience

Responsibility: Communicates with clients on contracts and billing issues. Ensures that all billing and contracts meet the requirements of the projects. Issues invoices to clients and manages payments to sub-contractors.

Title: Administrative

Education/General Experience: Minimum 2 year Associates Degree, minimum of 1 year related office experience.

Responsibility: Provides administrative support for the controller, engineers and principals in the company. Fluent in Word, PowerPoint and excel. Answers phones and helps to keep office filing systems organized
