Our firm is based in Lorton, VA, very near the US Army base, Fort Belvoir. Capitol Commissioning specializes in serving the U.S. Military, Department of Defense, Homeland Security, General Services Administration, Department of Veterans Affair, and many other Federal Government and private clients. We are geographically based in the Mid-Atlantic region;
however our projects and travels include international destinations such as Japan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Sweden, Peru and Romania.
Capitol Commissioning offers commissioning services for new and existing buildings as well as facility assessments that optimize energy efficiency and performance of building systems. All of our commissioning agents are certified Commissioning Authorities, as certified by the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG). Our services include the following main categories:

For a period of one year after services are performed, Capitol Commissioning, Inc. warrants that services provided by it will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner utilizing the information available at the time services were provided. Capitol Commissioning is not responsible for performance issues caused by poor or improper maintenance, changes in use or operations, equipment defects or breakdowns, or new information not provided at the tel:703-665-9508

The client is responsible for backing up all provided paper and electronic data provided; Capitol Commissioning, Inc. is not responsible for any loss of your data once delivered. When satisfactory evidence is provided that a warranty item exists, Capitol Commissioning, Inc., will re-perform the provided service for the indicated system(s), provided that the customer gives Capitol Commissioning prompt notice upon discovery of the defect / warranty item. The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and remedies, unless specified otherwise in the signed services contract.
The warranties contained herein set forth the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a defect in provided services.
