GSA Pricing
The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this contract. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to
SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CFR 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCA eligible labor categories. If and/or when the contractor adds SCA labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCA matrix identifying the
GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCA labor category titles and the applicable wage determination number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.

Labor Position Descriptions
Title- Elevator Mechanic
Minimum Year Experience: 4 years
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or greater plus Individual State Elevator Mechanic License where required, Certifications required; Certified Elevator Technician (CET) or National Elevator Industry Education Program (NEIEP), and OSHA 10.
Responsibilities:
Test, install, repair, modernize, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform routine maintenance on all make and types of vertical transportation equipment and its components including but not limited to entrances, doors, COPS, boards, ropes, valves, machines, rails, brakes, safeties, buttons, slings, pumps, cabs, platforms, ceilings, gibs, spirators etc.
Title- Elevator Apprentice
Minimum Year Experience: None
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Responsibilities:
Assist in the testing, install, repair, modernize, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform routine maintenance on all make and types of vertical transportation equipment and its components including but not limited to entrances, doors, COPS, boards, ropes, valves, machines, rails brakes, safeties, buttons, slings, pumps, cabs, platforms, ceilings, gibs, spirators etc. while developing the skills and trade know how to become a full elevator mechanic.
Title- Elevator Adjustor
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or greater plus Individual State Elevator Mechanic License where required, Certifications required; Certified Elevator Technician (CET) or National Elevator Industry Education Program (NEIEP), and OSHA 10.
Responsibilities:
Tests, adjust, install, repair, modernize, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform routine maintenance on all make and types of vertical transportation equipment and its components including but not limited to entrances, doors, COPS, boards, ropes, valves, machines, rails, brakes, safeties, buttons, slings, pumps, cabs, platforms, ceilings, gibs, spirators etc.
