Title: Project Manager Functional Duties/Responsibilities: Provides overall planning, direction, and oversight of maintenance, repairs, and construction projects to ensure all phases are performed in a quality and timely manner.
Directly responsible for activities performed by subcontractors and company personnel and is responsible for schedule, budget, subcontract agreements, and quality.
