Project Manager

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for overall management of projects from the preliminary planning stage through completion. Duties encompass broad managerial responsibilities such as planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating, reviewing, and approving design, construction, and related work. Overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable. Manages and directs the work of a project team. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Extensive knowledge of department processes.

Environmental Specialist

Functional Responsibility: Identifies, assesses, and resolves problems concerning the environment. May also design, install, operate, and maintain measuring apparatus to determine the level of pollutants involving air, land, and water. Performs experiments and reports findings on environmental consequences of equipment, tools, and procedures. Ensures the organization's conformance to federal, state, and local environmental legislation.

Quality Assurance Specialist

Prepares and distributes written reports of findings and correction notices and informs appropriate federal personnel of repeat failed inspections. Maintains inspection records.

Financial Analyst

Functional Responsibility: Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business- related projects. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

Building Automation Specialist Functional Responsibility: Reviews, comments, and makes recommendations involving mechanical drawings. Implements approved programs as applicable. Prioritizes projects and coordinates work assignments with other specialists, engineers, and building managers. Inspects all building systems and components to ensure that equipment and systems are in sound/stable condition and capable of operating at specific performance levels. Provides direction and coordination for performance profile surveys, equipment inspections, technical troubleshooting, maintenance evaluations, and workload analysis. Develops and/or recommends improved methods, procedures, and systems to reduce costs without impairing effectiveness.

Minimum Experience: 5 years’ relevant experience.

Minimum Education: Associate degree Procurement Technician

Functional Responsibility: Prepares purchase orders and maintains purchasing records. Researches and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications. Provides routine administrative support. May operate a system for data entry and transmission. Responsible for limited pre- and post-award procurement functions on a wide variety of service, supply, construction, and/or equipment contracts. Analyzes requirements and recommends appropriate contract type and acquisition methodology. Selects appropriate clauses and develops specialized terms and conditions, ensures clear and complete specifications, and serves as the central point of contact for responses to inquiries on assigned procurement actions.

Accounting Clerk*

Functional Responsibility: The Accounting Clerk performs one or more accounting tasks such as posting to registers and ledgers; balancing and reconciling accounts; verifying the internal consistency, completeness, and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents. In addition, tasks include assigning prescribed accounting distribution codes; examining and verifying the clerical accuracy of various types of reports, lists, calculations, and postings.

Civil Engineering Technician* Functional Responsibility: Provides technical assistance to professional Cartographers in connection with the construction or revision of maps and charts. Work involves the solution of technical problems that require primarily the application of a practical knowledge of the methods and techniques by which maps, and charts are constructed. The Cartographic Technician performs any, or a combination of duties such as: collecting, evaluating, and selecting source materials, compiling information from source materials, and developing a plan for using the information in accordance with product specifications.

Minimum Experience: H.S. Diploma Minimum Education: 3 years of relevant experience.

Drafter/CAD Operator*

Functional Responsibility: Position is responsible for receiving/transferring bulk shipments of liquefied gases and operating/maintaining equipment used in the production, storage, and transference of such gases. Incumbent builds/maintains gas transfer systems and cascades gases up to a pressure of 3,000 pounds per square inch gauge. Additional duties include recording disbursements on instruments and loss rates of storage and transfer operations

Included are workers who prepare design drawings and assist with the design, evaluation, and/or modification of machinery and equipment.

Functional Responsibility: Provides oversight and executive level management to contract. The Program Manager maintains and manages relationships with senior level management within the customer organization. Responsible for managing multiple contract operations including planning, organizing, and overseeing work efforts, assigning resources, facilitating support services, providing risk management, regulating development assistance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and excellent work performance on all task orders and projects.

These subject areas include, but are not limited to engineering, science, medicine, information technology, operations, foreign languages, finance, acquisition, management, etc. Provides technical analyses and advice in specific technical areas to support management, organizational, and business decisions; participates in meetings, task groups, teams, reviews, and other quorums to assist in collaborative results. Collaborates with customer to determine specific needs and requirements and to counsel within the area of expertise, may include task oversight.

Functional Specialist Functional Responsibility: Possesses knowledge in field or discipline and significant experience providing solutions to an organization’s challenges through the application of knowledge gained through similar prior engagements. Contributes to the implementation of strategy and helps assess the impact of industry trends, policy, and/or standard methodologies.

Minimum Experience: Five (8) years relevant experience.

Project Administrator Functional Responsibility: Provides project management and support. The Project Administrator prepares reports for management and clients regarding status of project. Performs a variety of tasks in support of mission-oriented business functions including management, research, evaluations, studies, analyses, scenarios/simulations, reports, and regulation development assistance. Leads and directs the work of others under the supervision of the Program Manager.

Minimum Experience: Four (4) years relevant experience.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

Analyst

Functional Responsibility: Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and make recommendations to solve problems. Develops and follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities and to determine problem areas and develop solutions. May disassemble and assemble malfunctioning GSE accessories andcomponents, remove, disassemble repair, clean, treat for corrosion, assemble, and reinstalls GSE components and accessories, stencil, and marks GSE in accordance with technical publications, store, handle, label, use, and dispose of hazardous materials and waste in accordance with all state, local, and federal environmental standards, and regulations. This mechanic may prepare GSE for storage and mobility deployment; and operate, clean, inspect, and service GSE towing vehicles. May maintain and update paper and electronic equipment records, provide dispatch service, including. positioning equipment to aircraft maintenance and flying operations, practice good housekeeping, tool control, Foreign Object Damage prevention, and safety at all times.
